They want teamworking robots. You can't have any thoughts of your own. You can't be late or call in. They will replace you quickly. Aerotek is the place to apply. They will start you out around 15 an hour and after a year you might get a letter from toyota. I know some Aerotek people that have been working there longer than a year and still haven't gotten a letter. If you do make it, they have great benefits. Two weeks off a year for shut down and you get paid for holidays and the OT is excellent.

It takes longer than a year to be hired by Toyota. The average time is 2 years. Aerotek will only keep you employed for 3 years. If at the end of those 3 years toyota has not hired you then you get fired. Pay is definitely worth it and as with any job you can't be late or call in. That was a stupid comment, any employer wants responsible employees. Toyota is very discretionary with the people they hire from aerotek because Toyota has awesome benefits, pay, and bonuses and doesn't want to out money on someone who isn't a good employee. They will not hire anyone that has occurrences while working for Aerotek.

It's actually 6 years now for Aerotek. And if you happen to land on days it 15.80 starting out, .70 cents more if you get nights. I've been there almost 2 years now and I enjoy it.

How is telling someone not to be late or call in a stupid comment?? Some places are a little more lenient. I am letting them know that there is no oversleeping, forgetting to set alarm, etc with them. It's all about responsibility. Duh

Toyota sucks you are married to that place..if you are single and have no kids then it's good. Also tons of people have to have surgery because the type of work you do. Not worth it for 16 an hour

Why would u want to make 16 bucks an hr working next to a Toyota employee who is making over 20 bucks an hour who has better benefits. We need a big 3 employer around here who is a union shop!

Hey idiot, Japan is not a communist country. They don't want sticky sugary drink spilled on anything to collect dirt. They don't allow ignorant people using foul language. You've never had a real job I'm sure

Well you can call in, up to 3 days is none occurrence, u get 3 but bur 3rd is viewable, the pay isn't bad for aerotek but you have to work your way up, just like Toyota did when they 1st started was only bout 16$ a hour also, just like any job gotta work way up, but u can have other bottles non line then Toyota, but you do get a lot of paid days off a year, with aerotek after 6 months u get 5 PTO days, then after 6 more months get another 5, you get 2 pay bonus a year, but yes a lot of work but if you live withem 20 mins totally worth it or if carpool, there has been people get hired by Toyota in year

It's one of the best jobs in the area hands down. I've been there 6 months and make 17/hr through a temp agency and will likely be hired on in the next year. I know people with degrees that don't make that. Yeah some jobs can be hard, but so is life. Top pay will be 30/ hr by the time I get topped out. I don't know where else in this area I could ever expect to make that. It's been a life changing experience for me.
