Yes haven't we done that before, just let it go. It'll be ok! That is how we have health insurance that is sky high, lost our 2 for 1 days, got stuck being paid bi-weekly, the people that worked here more than a year got screwed out of a week of vacation because we already earned it and now we have to earn it again, oh and let's not forget the year that we all got those raise checks instead of an actual raise wonder how much that cost some people over the years of working here. Yep lets just sit back relax and see what they do next! That is a great idea! Gung Ho!!!!!

Ya ppl work pretty hard there and I can tell you all they look for is the worst in ppl and any reason to fire you rather you are a good hard worker or not. Basically u can get there early and sometimes they keep u past ur off time and that's all ok but if you clock in a min late form lunch or the starting time u get wrote up.

The company is only as great as its employees make it. Negativity creates hostility in the working enviorment. It takes time for the supieriors to see all of the issues within. I agree it is best handled through the "chain of command." I go to work to make a difference every day rather than just a paycheck. If more operators had this outlook then things would excel rapidly.

Tell me one thing the company has given us and we have not turned around and lost?
1. 2% raise this year. Just lost that with all the vacation pay taken away.
2. Any company picnic this year. How about last year.
3. Anyone see a bonus increase or even understand them?
4. Christmas party? What a joke.

Push push push. More more more. No one will do anything about it or you will be pushed out. This will not get any better, suck it up people. This isnot a family company anymore. No other jobs in this town and the leaders know it. Go to work do our jobs and go home.

So now they are going to charge $100 fee for having a spouse on the insurance plan! That is just crazy.

The insurance adjustment has been coming for a long time. Many companies have this in place. What it comes down to is if your spouse can get insurance through their employer and decline to do so, you (Berry Employee) have to pay an extra 100.00 per month for that benefit.

This is a way to keep costs down. Plain and simple.

Its all about numbers, training is a joke. They preach safety but its a total joke when you have employees come in and sit in a office and do nothing so you don't have a lost time accident.Dangerous training is what you get. beware!
