The problem is that you seem to make broad based assumptions without any of your own evidence to back it up. What is the village doing that your worried about? Why haven't you asked the village about your concerns.
The village hasn't borrowed for anything significant in years. Most of the current projects in town are either funded by grants or the TIF districts or normal yearly budgeted items. The TIF isn't funded by any residential taxes and is well financed and stable. So what you are trying to sell everyone isn't accurate. And those are facts.

Our Mayor thinks he is More important than he is. Full time but works part time hours and can seldom be seen at the Village Hall but he talks about mongo being a no show. Go to work John and earn your money! I think mongo right now can get 45% of the vote. It will be interesting for sure. Keep worrying about the little stuff and who knows..........

Do you have any idea just how ignorant you sound? Mayor Noak works approximately 65 - 75 hours a week attending meetings, phone calls, seminars, etc... And so does the village manager and assistant manager. They have very little time for personal business.

And no, Mongo will not get 45% of the votes. Those of us who can see through his circus act celebrity status will make sure of that on April 9th!

Don't give Noak credit for attending another politicians fund raisers or a night out drinking with his cronies.

He is never at Village Hall in the morning and I am sure it is not because he's out at some important meeting.

We have no need for a full time Mayor, no matter who it is. I think there are only 4 municipalities in Illinois with full time Mayors, how the hell is Romeoville one of those 4?

At least it allows John to be just like his mentor Roger Claar....

It's time to be done with this political machine non-sense we have under Noak. Not saying McMichael is the solution but send his board puppets packing.

I wonder what you do except apparently follow the Mayor around. You seem to know his every step. Do you know what that makes you.....? There's laws against that.....stop repeating what people tell you. Those people are not to be trusted !

Can we just leave the Mayor box MT? Not a lot of choices except the United party led by someone who really needs a job! As a full time Mayor does he pay a % for his insurance like all the other full time employees? What about his "date" and the other 2?

questions like that just verifies that i voted for the right person and that is NOAK.he does not need a job, if you did your reasearch you would know that. if he pays a % or not on his health insurance...i dont--i am management and get mine paid at 100%, so do several other thousands of people in management..so..whats your point. noak is the one with the knowledge and background.

He was at the Board meeting but I've seen less of him than I have of Mongo. Is he still full time?
