Every Wednesday evening from around 6 pm to 10 pm, Community Support Services in west suburban Brookfield has a group outing for people with physical, mental, and developmental disabilities, including myself, that travels to numerous places, including a few in the Wheaton/DuPage County area. Common DuPage places the group travels to include but are not limited to;

Yorktown Mall, Lombard

Safari Land, Villa Park

Cheeseburger in Paradise, Butterfield and 355

Dave and Buster's, Addison

and Golden Corral, Bolingbrook.

Apparently, it seems that there is a social butterfly participant that attends the group. He is a white male, about 6 feet tall, slender build, black hair, wire rim glasses, and he loves pickles. He enjoys interacting with other people, and on all outings; even in DuPage County, he will interact with *anybody*; even perfect strangers. And apparently, the staff of the group tells me to leave him alone when I tell him to leave other people alone out of fear of him getting the group in trouble.

So, I think it is time to let everyone out there know that the social butterfly participant in the group is a good guy, very well behaved, and he means absolutely no harm. Therefore, if he tries to interact with you, be nice and be friendly to him, and maybe interact back with him.

Social butterfly, eh? We ain't leaving him alone by a long shot! Disabled or not, if he is seen interacting with strangers, he will go to jail, no questions asked! Interaction with strangers by anyone is a criminal offense known as statutory stalking and is punishable by up to 50 years in prison. And this group will be shut down by the State of Illinois. All we need to do is terminate the rest of their funding, and if our dear leader Pat Quinn has to, he'll send the State Police over there to shut it down, and they'll incarcerate every single one of those participants.

In fact, there were even 1,878 arrests on Valentine's Day alone for statutory stalking. And many hundreds of people ended up spending Valentine's Day in jail.

Should also mention, other places the group has gone to in DuPage and will very likely go to again include but are not limited to;

Pump-it-Up, Elmhurst

Enchanted Castle, Lombard

and Red Lobster, Lombard/Downers Grove.

By the way, Illinois plans seriously to institutionalize/incarcerate it's entire population of persons with disabilities in 2012.

I think I might have encountered that group once at Yorktown Mall and noticed it, too. However, I also seem to have noticed a guy in that group who was walking in big wide circles around every single woman he passed in the mall hallways.

It looks like the prophecy of the group shutting down and persons with disabilities being institutionalized is coming true! The group has just lost both intern staff and the state is completely eliminating respite care statewide.

This group is wanted by the Illinois State Police, the Cook and DuPage County Sheriff, and the Lombard, Countryside, and Hodgkins Police Departments in regardance to two members wanted for multiple counts of First-Degree Public Display of Affection. One highly notable incident took place at the Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon in Chicago's west suburban Hodgkins/Countryside, in which both suspects allegedly hugged multiple waitresses at the restaurant. The waitresses have since been arrested and sentenced to prison for First-Degree Public Display of Affection.
