I'm looking for a rental house/mobile home $700 max that allows pets and doesn't have a roach, bedbug, or mouse problem.

Problem is I'm out of state and the home I had lined up the owner back out at the last second and said to call him in 3 months.(Sure like that's going to happen after this!)

If anyone knows of any nice ones for rent please email me. Pictures are preferred since I'm in western North Carolina and can't drive by to see it.
