I want you to know that in my post above I was not referring to Brianna. This person is following me and posting on anything I post. I was talking abut Kelsey Briggs in my earlier post. On May 1st I will be wearing a pink bow as will my girls. I will not tell them what it is for because they are to young but they will be wearing them. You and your family are in my prayers daily. I cannot wait for Brianna to get her justice!

Another witness, former Prague police officer Scott Murrison, said he saw Porter pounding the bed of a pickup outside the hospital. The former officer recalled Porter saying, "She's never going to forgive me. She's never going to forgive me.”

Porter, 27, denies hurting Kelsey. He told jurors last week he thinks his ex-wife is responsible for Kelsey's death. He said he discovered Kelsey was in bed not breathing shortly after his wife left him alone with the girl.

[looks like he can't get his story straight and people are not going by the evidence.]

BRUNSWICK - Daryl Keon Jones went home Thursday acquitted of one murder charge but facing possible retrial on a second murder count and a felony child abuse charge in the beating death of 17-month-old Brianna Kichelle Hester last year.

A 10-woman, two-man Glynn County jury found Jones not guilty of malice murder, but deadlocked on felony murder and first-degree cruelty to children charges in the trial that began Monday.

"The majority of jurors felt the state did not meet its burden of proof....There were a lot of unanswered questions. It was an extremely difficult decision for everyone ...," forewoman Sylvia Duane Shearer told the Times-Union.

He was convicted on Felony Murder and Cruelty to Children 1st and sentenced to life inprisonment.

I know it doesn't ease the pain of the loss that your family has had to endure. But when I read on the news just now that this man got a life sentence it gave me hope in the justice system. Thank God this chapter is done. Let the healing begin. God bless the family of this baby!
