The first half of your first sentence is certainly no surprise. The last half of your first sentence is just more evidence of your liberal brainwashing. How has Obama helped you specifically?
Ok...I don't drink, curse or smoke. I hire my help to doo my work for me while I sit in the office and waste time on this forum. Obama has not changed my life one bit for the better or worse. I have been busy for a long time. Now I can tell you how George Bush has hurt this Country worse than Obama has ever done with his needless wars and banker bailouts that they won't hardly consider loaning out without twice the colateral. I can tell you that there are over 6,000 families that lost loved ones in these wars....and for what reason? We attecked Iraq, which was not the same Country Bin Ladin was even from. Why? OIL is why. He was looking for a reason. Check out his Grandpa Bush that acutally helped arrange loans to Hitler to finance WW2....which my Dad had to fight in and a lot of my Uncles. His name was Prescott Bush...google him brainwashed!

Yea, personal responsibility.
Gotta love that line.
A group primarily consisting if folks kept alive through government funds, raising hell that we passed a law requiring people pay their own medical costs - yea - that's all about pushing personal responsibility.
The Tea Party has been purchased and is owned by the Billionaires who use it to attack anyone who suggests America's middle class deserves a break and that the uber-rich need to pay taxes like the rest of us.
Many are well-intentioned - but they have become well-intentioned tools of the Right Wing Rich.
Just more socialist garbage.

I suspect you actually believe this gobblygook.
Course it's certainly more soothing than accepting the fact that the rightward track of the GOP had finally gone too far, so far that even a black man could become president (twice). Can you imagine the nation electing a black man (twice), it MUST be the result of unseen powers that be, any rational explanation is simply too frightening.
There wouldn't be ANY racial animosity if everyone were white, it's all those OTHER folks that create the racists. Tell us the second verse of the sad refrain.
You would call McCain and Romney right wing? Are you nuts? You haven't a clue.

You're worrying & thinking too much about nothing ... I don't care if you're male, female, heterosexual, homosexual or part beast. Most of us aren't ashamed or secretive about our gender. Simple as that is, it DOES NOT matter.... aren't you more worried about the tension in the Korean Peninsula??, it's way more interesting than wondering ONE more second, whether you're a good witch or a bad witch, male or female ... I just don't care.
It mattered then,
now not so much.

Deflection,
that's the ticket,
might save face.

You're right gender doesn't matter in this medium, but it sure comes in handy as a dismissive. It's clear from reading just a few pages that civil tone is reserved for those with whom you agree, others not so much.

Good grief, pass the smelling salts.

Play to one crowd in the primary, then move to center for the general. The Presidential Candidate plays to the center, while the more strident VP plays the fringe.

Which elections were you following?

I was following the elections where the Republicans picked some of the most liberal people it could find in it's party. They started with Bush. He was not a conservative as he was liberal by any conservatives standard. McCain and Romney are both liberal and could not even get the Republicans to vote for them. I think they are called RINO's. Lindsey Graham another RINO,also comes to mind when I think of these so called right wing Republicans.
You could call yourself Zorro, but that doesn't mean that you are really Zorro.
You liberals think that we are that easily fooled and don't know a progressive liberal when we see one?

Bush had bad intell. NO ONE knew where Bin laden was. It had been NARROWED down by the time Obama took office. God knows they hunted for him long enough! Was that war a horrendous thing? YES! At the time, we thought it was keeping more attacks from happening HERE. We were hurting and ALL were on board! You can believe all the left wing crap if you want to. It IS a travesty that so many lives have been lost. How do you explain the lives that have been lost SINCE OBAMA HAS BEEN IN OFFICE????? It's STILL happening. I guess he gets a pass. I suppose those lives aren't as important. RIGHT?????????
Obama certainly has done HIS share of bailing out. NOW! He wants banks to make MORE bad loans. That's what got here in the first place.
1. What about the lives that are STILL being lost?
2. How about the NEW bad loans?

If all your rants and ramblings were left off, this thread would only compose 3,000 posts as opposed to 6,000.
Without your rants and ramblings you really don't say anything. You show a complete lack of knowledge about finances, christianity, & politics other than socialism. However you do like liquor, french toast, and south florida, where you are welcome to stay.
But he understand the tax system...

It is as if the economy isn't bad enough and since the country hasn't been totally destroyed, Obama wants the banks to do the same thing again that has put us in the terrible financial position we are in now. Just maybe if we do it again we can actually cause the collapse of the U.S. Hmmmm, Makes one wonder, if one has enough sense to wonder.

I just read that and thought that Obama could spend at least 10 billion dollars flying around the country giving speeches trying to ban regular knives and pushing for use of plastic spoons only. Flimsy ones at that.

Alright. You're just jumping on a bandwagon now. For the 4th time,(no kidding) I did not promise a "Tax Proposal". I simply said that I would respond to a question in more detail when I had the chance. Then that person acted like an arrogant @ssho1e, and a changed my mind.
SINCE you are so willing to jump on a bandwagon, and SINCE you feel comfortable trying to insult my comprehension level, I have a challenge for YOU!
How about YOU give us a tax proposal, right out of your own head, with all of your superior knowledge.
Don't hide your light under a bushel. Let is shine! Give us a detailed tax plan.
Waiting.....
Gee, sorry it took so long, I was out losing some golf balls. I did find a few, though...

No, I'm not jumping on the bandwagon, I'm the one that asked questions MANY days ago that you have been unable to answer, claiming you were too busy at work (yet you still have a $hitload of posts since then). You got called out on your proposal, you don't know enough about what you're talking about to explain yourself. It's OK, you just need to know not to post stuff when you don't know what you're talking about.

My preferred proposal has been posted in Topix many times already.
You might recall it, my favorite statement was, "if you're not for it, it's likely because you don't understand it."

Interesting how you continually avoid your response. I doubt anyone expects anything of substance from you, but since you put it out there, you got called.

Admit it, you got nothing...

Rest assured...the libs WILL blame it on Bush. Obama will tell them even though HE encouraged the banks to do it, if it FAILS, it will be Bush's fault. The libs will lock step in and they'll be spreading that crap just as they do now. No wonder Obama feels so powerful! He and Michelle probably laugh at them at night as they are falling asleep.
