Yes, the word "cable" was used before network. There IS a difference. I'm curious. What do YOU think the difference is.(You pointed it out, so you must have an important point to make. Can't wait.)
Now! In reference to YOUR explanation of the Top 10 shows. You didn't comprehend correctly the statment in the FOX link in regard to the shows. The point FOX was making is that it has the top nine shows on it's station in comparison to the shows on the OTHER NEWS stations. In other words, if you take all the different shows on FOX, CNN, MSNBC, etc. and compare the ratings, FOX has the top nine shows. Now if you wish to continue this volley and dig deeper, I'm up for the challenge. And as far as restating the sentence, "Folks, you can't make this stuff up." Well, I guess one can because YOU did. Your serve.

The truth is the truth no matter how long it takes for some people to finally realize it. If the Repubs hadn't pillaged the economy and started an unnecessary war with made up intelligence, and deregulated banks and Wall Street for the benefit of their friends, and put in place an unfunded prescription drug plan that costs taxpayers a trillion dollars a year (every year)... and more, then, yes, it might not be appropriate to "blame" tham for the current economic crisis. But, they did all that and more and will do it again if they should regain enough control to once again rape America. Not only should Georgia's Senators be "sent to the showers", but so should the Republican Congressmen and the Republican Governor.
Yes, I am most assuredly a Democrat, and suprise to you, I'm white, and make nearly 200k/year... I wouldn't mind paying the tax if they would go ahead and repeal the Bush tax cuts. That's the only way out grandchildren will possibly be out of debt. If the Republicans regain control they have ABSOLUTELY NO PLAN for reducing debt or deficit, or anything else... but they will raise not only those, but also their own bank balances and those of their "fat cat" friends.
Theirs a "social Issue" at work here and no amount of Red Neck rhetoric can change that.
What is amazing to me is that Republicans can convince people to vote against their own best interests! They keep'em scared with their fear tactics.

I only wish we would get what we voted for, but alas, the oligarchy we'll never permit that to happen.

By the way, did anyone notice Obama (a/k/a Bush with a brain), just appointed another investment banker to regulate the investment bankers;
he just nominated a Right Wing Republican Senator to be Secretary of War; and
and Guantanamo (the war crime in progress), ain't closing after all.

Thankfully, most of us learned long ago the game is rigged to create the appearance of choice - without actually providing a choice.

So it's always more interesting than disappointing.

Who gives a shit if FNN is here today, tomorrow or forever? I certainly don't. I just get hacked off and push back when extremists make statements that are half truths, distortions, out of context or are opin - and that's what FNN specializes in doing, yet some of you think they're God's gift to the news industry and tell no lies. If you or anyone else thinks FNN is "fair and balance," then you're smoking funny cigarettes.
You don't care about this country, just so you get your crazy in office (so he can muck up things). What's the expression - "me first, party second, screw (paraphrasing) the county?" That makes you, IMO, un-American, an evil and insidious person not worthy of citizenship, or respect.
Go back to watching your Fox News "news" and listening to the likes of Rush Limbaugh. LOL! It's rumored that when you extremists dial 911, it connects you to the RNC Propaganda Hotline. Is that true?
"Well aren't you just a fun filled little lollipop triple dipped in psycho!"

Your problem is that FOX doesn't agree with YOUR unAmerican, freedom destroying, n'er do well supporting liberal left wing ideology. If YOU think that the REST OF THE media is giving you truths and full stories, then you are crazier than your posts even BEGIN to reveal.

So, THIS administration isn't EXTREME????? YOU need to grow a brain.

AND just to clear things up, I don't even watch FOX news, but I certainly don't support some brainless wonder who thinks this country should not be exposed to both sides of an issue. I guess you haven't figured it out, yet. YOU DON"T HAVE TO WATCH FOX NEWS. Why do you CARE if anyone else does????? YOUR GUY WON. Why aren't you happy? You are going to get what you want. I can't wait! Why are you STILL mad?

No joke but that they're different.

Here's the piece in full: Liberals online are all atwitter with the news that Fox News ratings have crashed to their lowest since January 2001 among the "demo" the desirable 25-54 demographic.
The ratings are at their lowest overall since 2008. The news was highlighted courtesy of a gleeful press release from MSNBC, who saw their own ratings go up 11% among 25-54-year-olds compared to this time last year.
Some left-leaners are heralding the doom of Fox News, claiming that the ratings hit reflects a leftward shift in public opinion. But it's just as likely that many conservatives have simply been avoiding political cable shows since Nov 6, out of disgust with the spectacle of Obama's re-election and inauguration.
Moreover, Fox is a long way from its deathbed by any measure. It's still the number one cable network, and still boasts the top 9 shows, with only Rachel Maddow representing the non-Fox contingent at number 10.
As far as Fox News being the leader in the (entire) field, maybe on cable but the total draw there is tiny! Hell, even CBS network beats it. But it was nice of you to add in what wasn't there, to satisfy your ego.
<quoted text>
My God! Where in the hell did you come up with that bull shit? Thin air would be my guess.
Did you not look at the Nielsens or did you and when it didn't report what you wanted it to say, tell yourself it's all a left wing lie, just make up your own numbers and change the subject? Apparently so, but then extremists do that and they do it without regard to the damage it can cause.
You are hopeless. SURELY your comprehension is better than that. Surely. Actually, the article is very clear. It just doesn't support your left wing agenda. Why do you even CARE unless yoiu know my explanation is true? When you think a minute and realize what the article is stating, you are going to feel like a complete baffoon. Rock on, Dude.

It's like having a good bowell movement after being constipated for days seeing Mitt romney flushed down the toilet. Americans have'nt forgotten the mass rape and robbery of our country that Bush/ Cheney perpetrated on their own citizens. Not to mention serial murder of innocent Iraqs and naive American soldiers conned into thinking they were doing the right thing. I hope Americans never forget bush just as Germans should never forget Hitler and Russians forget Stalin.

Not so. No one has that kind of power over me. Your description sounds more like Chris Matthews. You know, the MSNBC king? Since you read or listen to the "truth", how about sharing with all of us where YOU get YOUR news? You sound very left wing. Wonder where you are getting your NONPARTISAN news. Please share. I"m sure we would ALL like to know.
