It was quite a while ago now, but it was on TV and it showed Obama, Hilary and a bunch of other people watching the whole thing go down. Obama was starting to waffle and someone or a couple of people(I can't remember their names now, but their names were brought out on the news, put pressure on Obama before he could back out and the deed was done. At any rate, it's no secret that Clinton passed up the chance. He had him in the crosshairs and backed down.
