I also work very close with area businesses and do charity work so I meet a lot of people and have a lot of contacts.

Hi Everyone.. Again I have kept up on case from day one...
A couple of my questions are? (Blood Splatters) As have been noted how bad the blood was in side the home. Depending how for Jr. went in if the blood was like stated blood would have been easily splashed everywhere. Each step Jr. made. also I am sure blood would have been on gun.
One statement was Jr. did not seem that upset maybe excited.(Wrong) This young man was extremely upset on the 911 tape.
What ever happened to the next door neighbor? The Jr. went and asked for help?

Hi OoSR! It is only logical that when someone bludgeons 8 victims the scene will be very bloody. I believe the evidence will show a gruesome crime scene with blood spatter even on the ceiling. Blood spatter is very different from blood transfer. Forensic experts can easily tell the difference. The only way blood can be spattered on an object or clothing is if the blood is airborne at the time it is being released by the blows. I think blood is on the gun because it was one of the weapons he chose to strike his victims with. Since we have no idea where Jr told the police the gun was located in the home when he took it and hid it.....I dont think we can say with any certainty it would have blood on it....ie..if he said it was in a closet...etc. That is debatable about how upset he was. The 911 calls I have listened to where it turned out the perp made the call they were way overly dramatic to disquise the fact that they were the ones who actually did the murder(s.) You have to remember he first hid the gun in his trunk and then made the 911 call and before he summoned help. Who has the wherewithall to even think about a damn gun that was not stolen btw when they have seen the most horrific scene of their lives? It really makes no sense, OoSR. It never has and never will, imo. I imagine this witness who was a maintance guy will be called to testify in his trial..along with the manager that also called 911.

I am hoping for a fair trial, but when do you think the guilty bastard will be put to death?

In death penalty cases it takes from 3-4 years to come to trial.
I think it will be happen around August or September 2013.
Most of the DP trials I have seen the trial is close in time to the anniversary date of when the crimes were committed.

Just because you are tired of waiting? This case isnt taking any longer than other death penalty cases. Jodi Arias' death penalty trial just started and it happened in 2008. They give the defense a long time to build a case. Heinz is a mass murderer and deserves death.
