Ok, I read the other post. It said that Nan has been living, off and on- in the Norwalk Emergency Shelter for the past year. Apparently she had trouble with her late parents' attorney and the house was sold out from under her and her son. The other part I read elsewhere was that the attorney allegedly had Nan and her son Walter "gangstalked" across the country. After reading up on gangstalking I can't imagine how horrible that must have been for her and her son- especially after losing parents/grandparents/home/all possessions, etc. I knew Jean and Rit from Roton Point. Of course they would be devastated if they knew what happened to their daughter and grandson. I think I will call the shelter and find out how she is doing. I know she took care of her mother and father for several years before they passed.

1.)Where the - are her children? Why aren't they doing anything to help their mother?
2.)Where are her parents close friends- would they want the daughter to be in the worst homeless shelter in the state?

To Nan- Hope Harry gives you this message. Do not trust ANYONE who comes over to that shelter the nights you ARE stuck there- and says he or she wants to "help". We will discuss this more thoroughly tomorrow in church. Stay away from the Shelter as much as you can. I know you feel like a burden to some of your late parents' friends but you are not. They are outraged and shocked by what you have been through...Prayers going up.

Basically you are saying that a gentleman walked in the shelter when you were being checked in line for bed, called your name and you thought it was for your boyfriend Harry. It wasn't. It was a well-dressed African American male who told you he had Vicodin painkillers in his pocket and asked you if you wanted them...and you say you told him no and also told him he was on surveillance and he left. This is bizarre. My husband and I think that you need to go to the management there and explain some of the strange things that have happened to you recently. Tell them about your alarm clock being sabotaged for 2 nights, so that you know the person who opened up your back door had to be a staff member...tell all

You say you were awake- why didn't you ask her what she was doing in there? At least for this one you have witnesses....We just don't understand why any staff member over at the shelter would want to make all you ladies late- and tried to do it in 2 separate ways. Knowing some of the history, you need to make a report. And you need to find a way to have staff look in your locker and such before you leave. If someone wants you in trouble they could hide something in your belongings. Nan, does this happen to other women there too?

i read on another site that they threw a 60 year old man out (who had been there) for bedbugs. Now, bedbugs are nasty little critters but he probably GOT them sleeping there....yuck

Same old with a few twists such as my legal papers and personal papers being stolen out of my locked locker....numerous witnesses watched the man walk in on Jan 1 around dinnertime....he set off the alarm briefly.....about an hour later he left....that night I found my things to be missing. Staff states they cannot see anyone coming in on the tape.....things that make you want to go hmmmmmm....what do they think I am, stupid? I know that the place I've been staying is compromised...Am not safe here and am leaving.

Just want to note that someone is interfering with the internet at the Norwalk Library whenever the subject of Walter Pittman is searched.

In Norwalk, after 2 true entries, junk comes in from all over the world having absolutely nothing to do with him.Some is even in Russian and Chinese! There are HUNDREDS of junk listings.

now who would take the time to bother with all that?

I have found the source of the "junk." The attorney. Why would he bother? Why does he want to interfere? He said in his response to my grievance that he had no interest in my son and I after we left the area.....then why did he make nasty comments about things only he could know on search forums, and why is he clogging up the internet with junk?

I saw what you wrote on the gangstalking site and thought I would copy it here. I cannot believe this attorney was let off the hook! After all he did to you and to your son? Pure evil!

Back to gangstalking. I am not the only one who is being stalked in this shelter. I have a friend from Westchester County NY who had a wonderful position at a hospital. Something happened, and she ended up hospitalized, then here. Apparently her sister has used her w-4's and such to steal her identity- has taken out credit cards in her name and even rented an apartment based on her credit rating.

I think I mentioned earlier that when my friend she went to the IRS office here to find out about her tax status, about 7 firetrucks pulled up in the parking lot. The firemen started fiddling around with the hoses and such. Very odd.

I know I did mention that she and I were both in the same area when the shelter sprayed for bugs....the can left behind said no one should enter for 3 days...and that ventilation was needed while spraying. There was no ventilation. The windows were nailed shut. There was one air conditioner and that was it, other than opening the door.

I ended up in the hospital with "pitting edema" of the lower ankles and legs and was told my "kidneys could not handle the toxin".

What I neglected to mention and C reminded me, was that they continued to spray day after day- about 4-5 days in a row. We objected to staff but they did nothing.

Now here is something new for me. Even though I sent the attorney grievance panel a list of witnesses (12) who observed the intruder who stole the majority of my original records I needed for the panel, they found in his favor.

So I guess the attorney really did fear that I had a chance of winning. That bodes well for a legal malpractice case, but it will take a long time. He knows he is guilty; others do as well.

What do you folks think the best strategy is now?
Some people tell me to give up he will just have me "removed", but I feel that this is something that I have to do, both for myself and for my parents' memories.
