We have been reading about the woman who wrote that she and her son were gangstalked across the country on the orders of her late parents' probate attorney. What they went through sounds appalling. The goal seemed to be to keep the mother away from her father's final meeting and also to "remove" the son if possible. At the same time, it appears the mother and son were harrassed and tormented for months on the orders of the attorney.
Even their cat did not escape unscathed...

Now, if this woman is telling the truth, she is talking about much more than a corrupt attorney; she is talking about CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MURDER.AND if this attorney is in Darien, or ANYWHERE- we need to know who s/he is.

Additionally, the attorney needs to be charged with conspiracy with Bank of America mentioned, illegal sale of home, tampering with vehicles, terrorizing son and mother, but mostly-TRYING TO HAVE INNOCENT PEOPLE KILLED AND MAKE IT LOOK LIKE AN ACCIDENT ON THE ROAD OR SUICIDE...

Shouldn't our elected officials re: Blumenthal et al. be looking into this case? It appears that there are several others as well, possibly involving the same attorney from Darien.

Enquiring minds want to know. Perhaps the attorney is innocent. If not, however, we need to know the truth before another family succumbs to his horrific behavior.

WANT TO KNOW WHO THE ATTORNEY WAS/IS! NO ONE SHOULD FACE THIS KIND OF TORTURE! IT IS SELFISH NOT TO GIVE US ALL HIS NAME.

I agree. We need to know the name of the lawyer who did all of this to a grieving daughter and grandson. He sounds dangerous.

All I can tell you is that AG Blumenthal has the information. Several of us know who the attorney is, but also know how he would respond if his name were revealed.

The late Richard and Jean Colwell's daughter's life and health is at risk should we reveal the perp.

This was writtn by another targetted individual who is aware of my situation:

CT lady wrote:

How do you folks who have been gangstalked think the "initiator" sends out the signal to go-ahead. Obviously they were ready and waiting when my son went to buy a new car in PA- for that is were alot of the gps junk was installed.

The fact that the dealership was not pleasant at all when my son went to get the car indicates to me that they were told erroneous information and wanted to get him out of their dealership ASAP.

Why did they not prevent the young hispanic males from tampering with the vehicle?
Money? Fear?
I sure wish I knew how they passed information on, especially at the very beginning. The plan for us was devised before my father died 9/05 and was put in place days after.

Targetted Individual (Answer)

In your case CT, I would no further than the first slimeball attorney who tried to scam you out of your inheritance. The guy most likely has organized crime ties.

Think about it: who do attorneys represent most of the time? Criminals. And do you think that all of those criminals have money to pay their attorneys to help keep them out of jail? Nope.

That's where the "favor" system comes into play. I mean, for the sake of argument, your case may be like many others, and have government or crooked police involvement. Many of those crooked police are also on the organized crime payroll - just like politicians.

But all of this really is nothing new! Corruption inpolitics has been going on since day one!

In fact, watch some history documentaries - you will discover that this kind of thing was EVEN MORE COMMON back in the 19th, and 20th centuries in America. Back then, there were many corrupt politicians who literally had way too much power and control.

I think that nowdays, it may be better in some ways, but worse in others - because now they have TECHNOLOGY to use on us.

Have you seen the movie "Chinatown" with Jack Nicholson? It was made back in the 1970's. The movie was based on the story of how corrupt politicians in early 20th century Los Angeles screwed land owners out of their water rights to build the LA Aqueduct.

This was all orchestrated by Mulholland and Eaton - the LA city councilman at the time. The news media knew about it, but were paid off to keep quiet - until the city of LA duped all of the farmers and landowners out of their land which gave them the water rights of the Owens River.

It was all done very sneaky, and illegal as Hell. The Owens Valley farmers and land owners never knew what hit them - until it was too late, because the city of LA's politicians lied to them.

This kind of thing still goes on today. But that LA water story was 100 years ago. So, you see this sort of thing has been going on in this country for a long, long time.

Thanks again TI. In this case I think the mob ties were to the Russian Mob, and other ties were with Masons or Skull and Bones members.

Losing the election occurred the year before we were stuck with him as a probate attorney. He must have been licking his festering wounds and wanting to take it out on someone, as well as get the money he spent on his disastrous campaign returned to him....by "whatever means possible"

My son and I are not the only ones (allegedly) scammed by the same attorney/firm.

PLEASE inform us- the public- who this attorney is- it sounds like he is a wolf in sheep's clothing. What you see is not what you get. Charming, as he steals from the elderly...

The attorney general wrote and appears to have taken interest in our case. It may just be a form letter, but I don't care. He is indicating he will do "everything possible within our legal authority to assist you."
Now I have to find a way to snag the man who entered the Norwalk Shelter Jan 1 and stole all of my records and supporting documents from my locked locker. Or, I will proceed without these.
Actually, the attorney and probably his minions have been cyberattacking me by "flooding". Sick.

Just received a letter from the Attorney General (Blumenthal) of CT. A section reads "My staff will review your letter and will contact you as soon as possile. We hope to help address these issues, and will do everything possible within our legal authority to assist you."
Then they assign me a Public Inquiry number and write "your inquiry has been assigned to the Special Litigation unit within the Attorney General's office."......
Any suggestions on how best to respond? I don't want to bore them and rehash the entire gangstalking which took place on a cross country trip in 2006.(They already have that opus) There were incidents and "irregularities" in CT from 9/05 until 7/06 when we left, and, of course, incidents all along our trip. I would estimate we had perhaps 3 nights of sleep in motels without being stalked in various ways.... I do read that this AG takes interest in people and will sometimes join his team and meet with victims of other crimes.area

to CT lady:
When asked, they will ask you for any evidence you have. Make sure you submit ALL of it by the deadline. If you have to subpoena evidence form motels, or other businesses, you will have to do so, if the businesses won't release the information to you. It can take a long, long time to get evidence that you need. You may lose the case without it. So, now it's "show time."

Without enough credible evidence, they will dismiss the case. If it actually goes through litigation, still, the odds are stacked against you. Becasue it is a "civil" matter, the case will hinder on a "preponderance of the evidence."

So, evidence is the key. Without enough of it, you will lose. But, I am not a legal expert. So,you should take my advice with a grain of salt. I have never been in a "litigation" with an attorney before.

I have sued someone in civil court for damages one time. I can honestly say, that (in CA)everything is stacked in favor of the defendent in a civil case. Even when the court decides in your favor (and I won the case, btw), good luck getting your money. Because the defendent can drag the issue out for more than 3 YEARS. I sued someone for $2,000 in damages and I won. I took me 4 court appearances, before the defendent actually SHOWED UP! They didn't show the first THREE times, and the judge just kept resheduling the case for "4 months later." Then, after the judgement, they defendent filed an appeal 3 months after the judgement. they potponed it again, 3 more times, and finally on the 4th appeal hearing, the defendent showed up. They lost again. We waited another 3 months for a judgement - which I won again. Till this day I have NEVER received a dime! The defendent moved, and I cannot, nor can the courts, locate them. They changed their name.

Total loss for me:
$2,000 in original damages
$75 in court fees
$1,600 in lost wages (lost 8 days of work)
$100 parking fees (10 days parking at the court)
$50 serve fees (to have them served)

Then add in all the gas (the court was 30 miles from where I lived at the time)

I never received a dime!

Another time, I was screwed by an attorney, but I chose not to try to get my money back because I knew I would lose against an attorney.

The AG first told me that the matter was "too criminal" to handle...guess after he read the stuff he changed his mind. Trying to have someone tormented and offed is not "civil" in my book!

From Targetted Individual"

I think that certain people who don't want to be found hire a company that floods the internet with their name, and they deliberately imbed their name all over the internet with malware/spyware so that whoever is looking for them, will get discouraged after their computer suffers cyber attack after attack.

I have come across this before also when looking for certain people in my past (who don't want to be found).
Targetted Individual sent me this information.

Things that make you want to go hmmmm.Someone has been taking my son's name and putting it into a long string of unrelated nonsense. If you are stupid enough to click on it out of curiosity, your (library) computer is immediately flashing that you have malware/spyware/worms/ etc. etc. I've been duped a number of times.

Also, Targetted wrote:

I found out that some of those sites are dummy sites, and it may be possible for the owner of "phoney" sites to get your IP address. They set these phoney websites up just for that reason, so that when you click on them, they may be able to get your IP, and use your computer as a "bot" to infect other computers with spyware and crap.

Yes, I googled on your son's name and all kinds of crazy stuff comes out...totally unrelated to him.

Then I googled the attorney. Information next to his name was whether or not percocets show up on a drug test. Earlier he had an AA schedule and a list of different "gay" towns. Guess he got rid of the most damaging information, but the truth is he is dangerous.

Instead of joining in some kind of legal action (which he will prolong forever) go with your man and confront him directly. Drop the copies of the files he stole on his desk. Demand the truth.

To Nancy- Do Not Name the Attorney on a public forum despite the many questions you have received. He will try to trick you into doing this. In fact, some of the pleas asking for his name may be written, in fact, by him.

I agree, New Haven Law. He also baited me on forums where I was looking for my son- said I was a "bad mommy" and made sick jokes about the location of my son. He even signed his initials- backwards- I guess to be "cute".
Tell me when this thread is updated!

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Libra

You're full of empathy and affection today, so it would be a shame not to spread it around. It's a marvellous day for a low-key get-together with some of the people you haven't seen during the past few days, because you'll enjoy having a good chat about what's been happening. Once your social duties are out of the way you'll love curling up on the sofa with a good book or a favourite film.
