One thing my mom did find is that it is not legal for an individual to purchase a home who recently broke into/burglarized it. This is what happened in Mom's case. Everything got hushed up by the attorney and Norwalk cops and mom and my little brother were not even told they could complain.

The attorney told the "buyers' attorney that they were "tenants." He got on the phone late at night with slurred words and threatened my mom and my brother, saying things like"the wheels are turning and there is nothing you can do about it." and "I will have you evicted."

What an evil, evil man. And I looked up some information on him and found out he was on some ethics board. Hilarious! And the law firm donated money to the Shelter mom is at right now via a golf game recently.....

I agree with this:

Yeah, that attorney is a total scumbag. From reading through the posts, it's quite clear what the snake was trying to do:

1) Push you and your son out of the way (and ruining both of your lives in the process)

2) Steal your parent's property that was willed to you

3) "Flip" the house for a quick buck.

What a rotten --- and a total creep that prick is.

People like him deserve to go to prison, or worse.

But, just like in my situation, even when you know certain people are definately involved in violating you and your rights, as well as screwing you over, it can be hard to do anything about it - especially if you have not been in a good situation to be able to deal with it, and inflict revenge.

I know how that feels because my perps are plain old thugs - whether they are government sponsored or not - they are thugs that are used to doing people wrong. Me, like you, are just ordinary people who have been screwed by cowardly lowlife scumbags who are good at what they do.

I don't care that the attorney is "Yale law school educated." In my opinion, he's no better of a person than a gangbanger doing time in prison - they're both lowlifes to the same degree.

No, he was not Yale Law School educated- my grandmother believed that. She was in her 80's. Their old attorney retired and they got the new dude who was very cunning and yet convincing.

Actually, my great grandmother was in charge of the Yale Law Library in her day.

This guy conned them- having grandpa sign a will when he was in kidney failure and incompetent, and admitting it!! And then adding on all this crap about how he can't be sued anywhere by anyone.

She should sue for every single motel room that she and her son were not permitted to sleep in, but rather, were watched and harrassed. She should charge for the entire hospital bills her son incurred. (And her own lesser bills) She should sue for breach of contract, illegal sale of the home, gross negligence, stealing from the estate,multiple (3) realtors and appraisers, death of their beloved cat, cheating them on rental of Roton Pooint, phony bills,pain and suffering, violation of their civil rights, attempted entrapment,,,,,and the list goes on and on.
