A school bus driver in Wyoming County is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a child under the age of 11.

This is the full story? These kids could be full of bull and this guy is getting hung out to dry. We have NO facts and it sounds like everyone thinks the guy did something wrong. I could never drive a bus, I couldn't put up with the bull. We have bible quotes and finger pointing, people never change. If the guy didn't do anything then what?

That Bible quote was meant for everyone, as a general commentary on our society, but especially for the children!

this is getting a bit disturbing. how many people are really out there hurting our kids and we trust them because of their title? it could be anyone doing this. no one is safe anymore. bus drivers, teachers, cops, doctors, priests....the list goes on and on. i for one am in favor of the death penalty if convicted of a sex crime against a child. there is no excuse for touching a little kid. it makes me sick. i am seriously considering moving to a bomb shelter and home schooling my kids. the world is so very sad.

Have to agree, this went from a hit on the head (which should have not have happened) to sexual abuse. Do we have a strict bus driver here, who the kids do not like, and have found a way to bring him down? Hitting a kid on the head, even though that in itself is wrong, is a far cry from sexual abuse.

This is disturbing. However, before we "bury" the bus driver, we need to learn all the facts.

Its horrible to think that this happened at our school. they didn't tell any parents about this until yesterday- and even then they didn't even give this much information out!

I can tell you that school superintendent McGowan is a well respected thoughtful man. If he felt their was reason to involve the State Police, their was more than kids complaining about a bus driver. He takes our kids seriously and wants to endure their safety and educational success. I know he will take time before jumping to a conclusion or falsley accuse anyone.
