Joseph Brown, a 68 year old male from the 500 Block of E. Mayland Street was last seen in the gallery located at 901 Market Street on Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at approximately 1:30PM. Joseph suffers from dementia and may frequent the 800 Block of Parmley Avenue in Yeadon, PA or the 700 Block of Church Lane in Yeadon, PA.

This occurred on the same day
in the same district in Philadelphia...
What if this guy
who has dementia went up to an officer to get help
& police reigned him in locked the
wrong joseph brown who has alzheimers
disease up for another
guys crimes because joseph brown is such a common
name?

Maybe they should double check,because
It's horrible to lock up an innocent dude
with Alzheimers,that might have the same name
unwittingly.

a person from the same district,
with the same name
was locked up suddenly within the
same time period!
