What I really wanted to say, was that I know all about no-bid contracts. I plead guilty in Montgomery to ethics violations for that very thing and had two of my department heads resign to avoid prosecution. I'm hoping that bringing this up now will cast doubt on my political oppenents and make me look stellar for misrepresenting completely legitimate, ethical, and legal business practices to confuse voters before the next election.
