There was a Dr. Gai Smythe in Kanawha City who took Medicaid or Medicare or whatever it's called for her Suboxone program. She was very strict on the program as well. Very difficult to sneak anything by her but at the same time, she seemed like she really, REALLY, cared about helping her patients who were seeking such help that you didn't WANT to do anything sneaky. She would actually make you WANT to pass the program with flying colors. I did it -- almost 7 years ago. And life has been awesome! She was a wonderful doc at that time. I think she's moved her practice since then (but still in WV somewhere) and I don't know if she still runs a Suboxone program, but it shouldn't be that hard for you to find her.

There is a doctor in Boardman, Ohio that accepts Ohio medicaid but way to strict! It's called Travco!
