I seen your post through Facebook last night and I scrolled through the petfinder website and seen several tat looks like yours and even one named Chi-Chi. But I think it was in Versailles one I think is at Harrodsburg human society. If you haven't looked at their website you might check it out. I hope you find her, I know how you feel cause this has happened to alot of us!
