I have heard a lot of complaints about this place! They need some customer service training for all employees! I heard they are in financial trouble! If you notice there are less and less cars in the parking lot!!! I have had two parties there and both were horrible!!! So all you Mom's and Dad's out there don't book parties here!!!! Well worth your nerves, sanity, and money to go Lexington! Trust Me!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly I think that their 2 biggest problems are making promises that they can't keep, and they are too expensive. They advertise mini golf which was something my family was very excited about. 3 times we have been given a date for when the mini golf course was going to be opened, and 3 times that date has come and gone without a mini golf course.
There prices are pretty high. For $15 you get a sandwhich, fries, a drink and $10 game card. My kids perfer Gatti Town because you pay the same amount and at least get an all you can eat buffet with better food. On top of that the games are so overly priced that the children can barely get any tickets before their game card is empty. We ended up spending less a Gatti Town, my kids had a better assortment of games, and walked out with alot more prizes. One thing that made me upset was that I went to the front desk to apply $40 to each card. The sign said that you got a certain credit for $40 (I can't remember what the credit was, I think it was suppose to be $12 or something like that) I gave them $200 and explained that was for $40 for each card. They took the $12 and divided it 5 ways, therefore each card only got a couple dollar credit. I asked them why since it was suppose to be a $12 credit for each card, and they told me that the credits are actually divided among the cards for families.
I was excited when they first came to town, but now I would rather just go to Lexington.

I had a terrible terrible experience with my grandson's birthday. I was so shocked at the way the people that work there behave. They acted like they were doing us a big favor just being there. They were rude to my daughter over a misunderstanding about the party. OMG its unbelievable

When it first opened my family and I did the picture booth thing. The picture got stuck. We told them about it and we were treated like we were lying. I told them I wasn't leaving until they gave me my money back or my picture. They finally looked at the machine and seen that my picture was stuck in there. Still acted like aholes. I like to support my local business but sometimes you can't.
The owner struts around like he thinks he is Denzel or something.
Just wondering

Are they still open. Last I heard they was getting some games repoed and had issues with that. I haven't been back since the overpriced things, rude workers, etc. but my family has been going bowling, skating, and the movies and has had a way better time and such friendly workers in the Danville community.

They are still open. Less games but they still have the good ones. It's ever busy anymore and they have plenty of staff when we go there. Mini golf and another attraction that's like a slide or obstacle course or something is open.

However last wk we took my daughter And got the 15 dollar deals that gives u 10 on a card and then a meal. We went to get our meals and the cook clocked out and didn't tell anyone and NO ONE else knew how to do it. We ordered burgers and they had to write down what the sign said was on them to go make them. I have to say though at least they did try since it wasnt their fault but that cook should be fired. And they know he had to take lunch eventually so why wasn't there someone else that knew how to do that job there? I also ordered BBQ wings and we paid for them then they told us they were out of BBQ so I had to get buffalo... No one ever knows if they should ring up your food when u get that 15.00 deal or if they just write it down. There's NEVER anyone in the cafe you always have to stand and wait for at least 10 min before someone comes to see you. Also every time you go up front there are kids that work there ad they're just standing there talking. No one is ever at any attractions so last time we just opened the gate to the little kid blow up slide and let my daughter play. Finally after a few more kids came too someone came and did the attraction. What do these people think their jobs are? To stand around and talk.

All in all I like this place a lot. But don't do birthdays there they suck and there expensive and a cake is extra. Plus the bad experience last time. But I will be calling the owner about that. And we will be back

I've been twice. My kids loved it but they are to young to realize the horrible service. Literally having to stand around and wait for someone to show up to operate an attraction or even worse having to go to the back to hunt someone down when we were they ONLY ones there. Young kids are very impatient and there should always be on the floor. Unlike me there are some parents that just drop their kids off and leave, so absolutely no one is out there watching them. I totally understand they aren't there to babysit I'd never do something like that but at the same time you'd think that would be some sort of liability issue but I take it they don't give a damn that their business is going down the drain. It IS their job to operate rides and not be in the break room watching a basketball game the entire time. If you were going to do that and not take your job seriously, then you should have stayed home. What could have potentially been a very good thing for Danville is turning into a big flop.

There was controversy when it was in the works. If anyone followed the preopening, you will remember we were warned by someone that the guy that was opening the place had duped partners and creditors in a previous business venture. Perhaps that person knew what they were talking about.

I took my kids there two weeks ago and I have many of the same complaints. It's overpriced, half the time the card they give you doesn't scan, workers act like they could care less, etc.

There was no one else there and they wouldn't allow my kids to jump in the jumping toys without socks. I mean, if my business was struggling as this one clearly is, I'd chill a bit.

Here's the best part...They tried to cheat us out of more than 2,700 points on our card. When I complained, they put 500 back on and acted like I was lying about the other 2,200. As if I would lie over their freaking cheap toys. Even my 7-year old daughter said, "I don't want to go back there. They are rude and cheated us."

You know what...I agree.

The concept it self is a wonderful idea. The skating ring is dangerous for childern because of crazy teenagers. I've seen for myself how GoGoGorillas deals with these Trouble makers. They don't mess around, I applaud them for that. I just wish things were better because the kids seem to enjoy themselves and that's what we need in Danville. A safe, happy place for our kids.
