This is directed to "former pliant employee", every one knows this is. Are you for f**king real? Do you think people can't read and pin point everything you said to be you? Give it a break, you got your self fired for trying to get out of work. Then you want to run your mouth about something that is a total lie that you and I know both what I'm talking about. Get a damn life and get over yourself. I hope your happy with running your mouth.

Who has been fired over nothing? I can't think of anyone fired for nothing. The people that were laid off are one thing.

What's ashame is we have no HR MANAGER. The employees and the supervisors do the HR work. The HR manager is supposed to be there for the employees-but she's not. She is always giving the plant manager ideas and putting thoughts into his head. The place is not looking good right now but it's not because of the workforce - or the pay- or the attitudes it's because it's the berry way. I was criticized and threatened my job because I missed work- thanks Keith . I worked In plant 2 and got no training so now I have no choice to bump back over there. Thanks jeff !
I wear a pair of pants with a hole I'n them and the safety coordinator wants me wrote up. His job should be to make our jobs as safe and comfortable as possible- not try to implement crazy ideas that won't work. Greed is what's also hurting us.- when your managers worry that employees are making more than they are it's ridiculous - it's called extra hours - I work when people are out not stay over every now and then!!!!!
Jeff T please open your eyes and look at your team - you have alot of good guys who support you. But your team is helping shut your plant down.

Jeff Tritapoe. Please open your eyes your HR manager is playing you. Check into things that's been happening for years. I know your job is stressful with everything thats going on but look into certain things.- like conflicts of interest hiring family for outside contract work. Look at the dept. Managers and what their doing to there employees.

He gets paid to care about the numbers. I'm sure if he wanted to deal with a bunch of crying he would have opened a daycare. Negativity comes from the inside out.

Until someone gets their head out of their A$$ and makes some major changes around there, nothing will ever change. They got rid of two of the better managers around there and then put the worst one in charge of the Medical Facility. Well folks, it won't be long and all of the numbers will go up in that area to. Hell, there can't be any room left in plant 3 for Keith's scrap. Maybe they can shuttle it on over to United Warehouse to.

It's a shame that a company will buy out another company that is in financial trouble and keep the same management that put them there to start with. That should go to show you that people that are in management are not the smartest people on this earth. Employees on the floor do all the work and management wants to sit back, bitch and screw over them. I've seen this happen in to many factories in this area. Tritapoe wants to bitch about Berry Plastics having a bad reputation in the community because of what the employees are saying. That is what happens when you screw over people you idiot. It seems that no one in management has any common sense or things wouldn't be the way they are. There are a lot of good workers at Berry but that is not the problem. Problem is when you let someone hire all their BC ex football players that couldn't cut college and others that aren't as bright as a light bulb your going to have problems. Instead of letting employees bid on jobs Keith was allowed to throw his boys in those positions and told anyone that complain if they didn't like it there was the door. Now he is being allowed to screw over others in order to protect "his boys" and you wonder why people are bad mouthing the plant. If your "boys" knew their jobs maybe you wouldn't have so much scrape sitting around or trying to hide it. Poor old Jeff Moore really needs to retire, the man has no clue what is going on in the plant other then what someone else tells him but he is also protecting his son just like Keith is. I expect this plant will eventually close the doors because you can not run a facility the way it is being ran and make any profit. It's ashame because there are employees that are trying their best to do a good job and the others are getting by with sitting on their butts because supervisors are to scared for their jobs that no one has the balls to stand up and tell the truth. You don't screw over people in life that one day it won't come back to bite you in the butt. I wish the employees that are trying to do the right thing the best of luck.

It's ashame and why don't someone mention the new mowing and snow removal contract $45,000 a year and guess who got the contract. If that isn't a conflict of interest!!!!
