Does anyone know a good family and/or criminal attorney in danville? I'm new to town and really need some legal help fast. Money is not really an option but I don't want to pay a bunch for someone that won't help me. Thanks

Find one outside of this town. They are all working togather here for money and will take you for everything they can get.

Danville has several good attorneys. I wouldn't waste my money by paying for travel time for an attorney to drive from Lexington. Most attorneys charge at least $100 per hour.

David Thomas or Davis Marshall out of Nicholasville. The two of them are seriously the best ones around.

Depends on what you are needing an attorney for as to if the travel and expense are worth it. Certain situations I would definitly get away from Boyle, Lincoln, or Mercer Counties. If it is something petty by all means get one of the locals.

Ephraim Helton is AMAZING and his paralegal Michelle Gross is very nice too. They will give you so much help and they're not horribly expensive. Also, you could try Matt in that building.

Well somebody must have money to just throw away. If something is so "petty" why hire an attorney in the first place? I know I certainly wouldn't.
