Harmer is a RINO and McNerney is a fraud.

Time for McNerney to go. Don't want his cap n trade, or healthcare. Also I believe Harmer will be much more responsive and listen to his constituents.

Harmer is most definitely not a RINO.I have talked with him on several occasions and have found him to be honest in his ideals even though they do not totally coincide with my ideals. Like it or not, he is a conservative and will do his best to put an end to this out of control bureaucracy that we have now.

I voted for David Christensen. Harmer is a carpetbagger. Care to take a bet that if he ends up losing this race, he will run in year another district? And I agree he's no RINO. He's a full-blown Republican. Unfortunately, the Republicans are not about liberty, small government or anything they profess to be...they are just a bit to the right of the Democrats. Just wait and see how little of Obamacare will be repealed. They won't commit to cutting military spending, Medicare or social security, which are the three largest items in the government's budget. They spout platitudes about following the Constitution, but let's see if they vote to end the illegal (read unconstitutional) wars, including the Drug War.

McNerney is going to win after all the votes are counted, thank God! Harmer has a slight lead in San Joaquin County but his marginis so slight that he would need about 65% of all uncounted votes in thatcounty to overcome Congressman McNerney's 541 vote lead.
