Just take a moment to "THINK", consider how distorted this individuals mind "IS", Every Citizen should and must realize, everyone who is not in law enforcement "IS" precived by all law enforcement personnal as "VIOLATORS".

Take time to consider what twenty years of exposure to this sort of convultited thinking turns a human into. Then consider, retired law enforcement personnal are shoe in selections for political posistions !
