this is so annoying they signed the papers and agreed to pay for it!! done deal, you can buy a nice jacket and wear it for 2 years and the price of them go down and ask for your money back, get real!

Here is my beef with the ER. I read it online and if I read to many articles the ER wants me to pay. I might do it if the articles were more than a couple of sentnces.

BTW- If the Sullenbuger's had ever looked at that property before paying 900k, they could have seen the appraisal was to high.

Looks like they got caught in the same trap as anyone who bought real estate recently. The market fluctuates, but houses all over the US have declned in value. That is part of the problem with the economy today. Does the phrase "HOUSING BUBBLE" ring a bell for anyone.
