A 14-year-old boy was charged Thursday with attempted homicide over a stabbing in Bath early Wednesday.

There is a very beautiful slim young lady that walks down our way from time to time and the kids across the street(on old forge dr) are always calling names out to her and saying she has a disease,etc...she looks the other way and ignores them but we heard their was a fight further up the street then and (one of these kids girlfriends) got into a fight with this nice girl and bit her in the head! What is wrong with these kids,maybe low self esteem. These are the kids that are always sitting out on the porch being very loud and out till all hours of the night,we are fed up with this but we don't want any rocks thrown at our house like what happened to another family down here a year or so ago so we dare not say anything in fear.

Said it before, those townhouses were the beginning of the end for Bath. Original residents were OK. Replacements went right to vermin.

a lot of the problem is that parents shouldn't be letting their kids run the streets at any hour. i've seem kids as young as 7 running around town. i live here and i won't let my 11yr old go far from the house. the parents should keep a shorter leash on these kids. that's where problems start. too many people have kids and then don't want to be parents and raise their kids properly. at age 14 that kid knows right from wrong and what he did was wrong and should have to answer for his actions. bottom line if parents don't teach their child right, this is what happens. it's sad!

Yeah I agree Old Forge Drive has gone down hill since the original owners back in the 70's. My parents were one of the first ones to buy a new townhouse. It was gorgeous. Lots of elderly people and also young couples with children. I use to babysit for ALOT of families on that street back in the late 70's early 80's. When my father passed away my mom moved and I am so glad she did. People there use to take pride in their houses and yards and now they could care less. Its sad.

Hang on there sammy? Are you crazy?! At 14 you know damn well what is right and wrong. I do not blame the parents at all for this. Some kids are uncontrolable. This kid committed an adult crime....and therefore should face adult charges. I grew up in this area and since moved due to the enlisting in the military. It disgusts me seeing how Bath has changed in the time I went into the military (1999). It was bad then, however it has got alot worse. What scares me the most is I have a 17 year old sister still in the area. I would hate to see this kind of thing happen to her. Its bad enough the victim is a friend of hers.
My thoughts and prayers are with the victim and his family.

Sean lombardi is a liar..hes been showing up at sammys house so many times trying to fight him and then jumping back to new jersey..His sister,his mom and all his gay little friends in old forge is liars..sean was beating sammy with a two by four it was 2 people against 15 people which they 15 people were with sean and they went to sammys house trespassed on his property and caused all this...so that family deserved everything they got..their stupid little plan didnt work this time..it was self defense and if anyone knew their ass from a hole in the ground they would realize that to.i mean what would any of yous do if you were getting beat with a two by 4 and had no where else to go it would have taken only one serious blow to the head and sammy would have been dead..but no one thinks about that except for sean and his little lying family..when its all their fault this happened..maybe the parent shouldnt have drove sean to the house to cause problems..

Well maybe the "victim" parents shouldnt have brought him to sammys house, and maybe the "viticm" shouldnt haven been beaten sammy with a 2 by 4 and maybe the "victim" shouldnt have had 15 people attack sammy and his brother at SAMMYS house. oh yeah lets feel sorry the dumbass who got stabbed, he deserved it.

I live right near these idiots and they are trouble from the start. Regardless of who came to who's house.#1 why did sammy have something he could use to stab someone?? I haven't seen them say what he used. I also have heard CRP have had it and are in full force to get this family outta town. Thank god maybe our street will go back to the way it use to be.
