Bond again denied for murder suspect; judge cites domestic violence concerns

Raleigh County Circuit Judge John Hutchison denied bond for a second time Tuesday for a Daniels man accused of the January shooting death of his wife.

I have broken bread with this man, I have shared a table with him. I know him I know his family. He had an unfortunate upbringing because his dad was killed early on in a car accident and this transformed him into the man he is today. This caused his mother to overcompensate his whole life trying to make up for what he lost. Its natural it happens and the outcome was unforseeable to anyone. His wife was beautiful she was great with the kids and apparently he didnt have the coping skills to deal with being in a relationship. HOWEVER you break and shoot your wife you have to stay in prison. If thats not the way the law works it certainly should be and unfortunately thats where this young man is going to be for a long long time. Rightfully so the losers are the kids....... well and his wife shes certainly on the short end of the stick.

I dont know this man but i think if u are in jail for murder u shouldnt have a bond. And another thing how do these judges determine how long each murderer should get - one might get 5 yrs and the other 15 yrs. Murder is murder any way u look at it!! Its still wrong. I dont know the circumstances to this or even the story but i do know she didnt deserve it no one deserves to die!!

Agreed 200%. Hang them by the neck till dead. I like that even better.

He needs to find the lord and just lean on the lord in whatever aspect his life becomes. God will watchover him in jail or on the streets but some serious life changing needs to go on and quickly.
