if the org forces their views on other people of other faiths they are violating that persons civil rights.

they have no right to trespass on my property period. I would not trespass on theirs or go to another persons home when they are celebrating a holiday.

when they knock on a persons door with the interpretation of the men in New York who read and publish what they want with nasty pictures this is a violation of my civil rights and others. they are trespassing on my private property a violation of my right to enjoy my home.

they have no right to send pedophiles to my home or anyone Else's homes with children. they have the two witness rule that violates the rights of children.

if they stayed away and prayed in their own buildings and did not force their views and nasty pictures on others, maybe they would be respected. did this man even care about the civil rights of others.???

i pray he is in heaven.. i guess he was not one of the 144,000 may he rest in peace with god in heaven.

I hope his entire family are JW's because it pains me to see how the death of a person is turned into a sales pitch for their non-JW family members who go to the memorial talk at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and instead of hearing words of comfort they hear all about how they can become one of the 'great crowd' who cling to the skirts of the 'faithful and discreet slave' class.

What do you mean by "nasty pictures"?

Civil rights? this is a freedom of religion country. When one beleives that preaching door to door is a central part to thier faith, and then you prevent them from practicing that part of thier faith it is a violation of civil rights.

Let teh slippery slope arguments begin with that one!

1----the man in New York- Adams? stated on National TV.. yes a pedophile can go door to door-but he should not go alone. go look up the Dateline transcript.. then return to speak with me

2----nasty pictures--- i have seen some of the front pages and the inside pages of the Awake magazine.. i think they are repugnant. to scare the hell out of a child by showing them the front cover of a magazine that looks like a comic book showing children scared out of their skin is abuse... period. my question is why not have decent pictures of this Jehovah they pray to. or Jehovah holding the hand of a child with a smile.
and sorry but i showed my grands the pictures and they found little pictures. my oldest wanted to know if this was part of the hidden picture books you can purchase in the store.

3-----civil rights in this country are for all people not just the Jehovah witnesses. no you are wrong they can preach all they want in their kh not on my property that is trespassing and i honestly believe if the supreme court knew that this guy from New York said a pedophile could go door to door things may change.

why should my civil rights be violated Topsy!!!! you fall down the slippery slope and tell us all why they should be the only ones who push themselves on people.. i do not infringe on their rights going to their homes and pushing this information...

I believe people have the right to go to your door, but I believe it is illegal for them to go to your 'back' door , anyway that was what I was told.
The person is free to say " not interested' or 'listen'. Just as a salesman has the right to knock on your door , and you are free to tell him to go.
Many put signs on their door , and i always found that a hard one to deal with because I saw myself as going with the good- news of Christ and God's Kingdom , and had no intentions of making a member for a religion. Now a disciple of Christ, that's a different matter.

maybe you respect the no trespassing signs and the no solicitors signs. in our development solicitors had to go in sign in and wear a pass. they ignored it.

maybe most jws would respect others, but the ones here and the ones we speak about do not. they attempt to make you listen. one can be friendly only so many times. and the no call list.. bull it does not work.

as i said you have the right to your org. you are discriminating against my family and i to enjoy our home and live in peace without the interference of this org pushing its beliefs on others.. period... have a good night
