All that is required for successful control of guns in the hands of the law abiding is for the courts to rule that a firearm is an inherently dangerous item and therefore the manufacturer, seller, and owner are civilly liable for ANY damages that a weapon, that has past through their hands, causes. You buy a handgun, it is stolen and used in a crime: The manufacturer, gun dealer and you are liable. This has actually been attempted but finally the courts ruled against such liability. But this may change in the future. Those who have nothing to lose will be unaffected of course.

Grenade launchers and RPGs are effective in stopping home invaders. Always a good idea to have a few laying around the house for protection. A couple of mortars and bazookas with anti-tank rounds are good too. They will come in handy when Obama comes to take your guns away.

Obama never said he planned to take away your guns. Moreover, the supreme court recently made a judical ruling that the ownership of guns is a constitutional right of all citizens under the second ammendment. Therefore, Obama cannot take away your guns and even congress cannot pass a law against gun ownership--it would be unconstitutional. So relax, stop your paranoia and quit telling lies.

People aren't buying guns down here because of Obama's anti-gun stance. They are buying guns because under leftist leadership criminal rights will soon begin superceding victim's rights. With many people out of work and out of money desperation will set in quickly. Inner city riots will coagulate over minor scuffles with police and spill over into peaceful communities. Deadly home invasions will become more commonplace. Strong armed robberies and violent crimes will also increase exponentially. The flood of illegals into this area will only exacerbate the problem because they have nothing to lose. With an overworked and underfunded law enforcement, many people realize that self-defense has become a "do it yourself" thing. Sure the police will show up, but only after the crime has already been committed. If you don't believe me, read the headlines over the last few weeks and count how many times legal gun owners have had to use lethal force to protect themselves (or others) from injury or death. It won't be pretty folks. We live in a society where lawbreakers are so brazen they think they are entitled to things they haven't earned or don't deserve. They don't value human life and have no scruples about giving you a dirt nap. Innocent people will be the victims. Protect yourself. No one will do it for you.

Obama will try to do anything his liberal constituency will allow him to do with help from the leftist academia, leftist congress and liberal media institutions in this country. He may not "take away" anyone's guns, but he will make the laws so strict and the prices so high that anyone who wants to be a legal gun owner will be discouraged. This is his intent. Don't make gun ownership illegal. Make it unattainable. Clinton had some success in this arena, but the NRA held him back. Now that the NRA has been marginalized by the crushing defeat of Republicans in this country our liberal Democrat friends will have free reign to do whatever they want even if it means trampling the Constitution. If that means outlawing certain types of guns so be it. If that means revoking states rights to issue CCW permits so be it. If that means shaking down legal owners to the point that all they can legally carry is BB pistol so be it. If that unlimited liability for stolen guns to discourage ownership so be it. No one is fooled by Obama except for the mindless followers who voted for him.

People are scared. Obama is using the "Fire Sale" approach right out of the Saul Alinski ("Rules for Radicals") playbook to totally disrupt, confuse, obfuscate, annhilate and obliterate every aspect of our working lives and in all the confusion he will have transformed this once great republic into a cesspool of raw socialist sewage where the people are dependent upon a cruel, arrogant, corrupt, bully goverment from cradle to grave. We're not just going the way of Europe - we're going the way of Venezuela or Iran or North Korea. This is the worst case scenario unfolding before our very eyes. In Obama's own words, "They cling to guns and religion".

Now that ACORN has five billion dollars to continue their attacks on whites, people are rightfully fearful. Just today unhinged Hatians shots hundreds of rounds of AK47 bullets into children and others. Luckily, they can't shoot straight but Americans need to arm themselves against the criminals our government has imported to the tune of millions of illegals. Crime is soaring while police hide during the day at traffic stops to collect more money for their retirements. As soon as anyone left working gets the $8 a week extra from Obama's "tax cut" or looses their jobs as nearly one trillion dollars is taken from workers to spend on slackers, they will resort to violence including car jackings and home invasion. Don't expect help from the Democrats as they control the government as the government is the creator of the crisis and benefits monitarily from making it worse.

We're in a real danger in which we could realistically or virtually lose our 2nd Amendment right to bear arms. Either gun ownership by private citizens will be banned outright, or the process for purchasing and owning one will be so onerous, or the cost of ammunition will be so high that average people won't be able to afford it. That's not the "CHANGE" I was "HOPE"-ing for.

Welcome to Dodge City. It's a fact that most homeowners do not know how to use a gun and wind up being hurt themselves.
