Two mexicans lives killed by a DUI firemen- nothing happens to firemen.

Two white bikers killed by DUI driver- Hard jail time.

What is wrong with this picture?

Justice should be the same for both cases-- Hard Jail time!!!

Dania man charged with DUI manslaughter in I-95 wrong-way accident

This should sound familiar to you as it does to me.

FBI agent David Farrell had been driving in the wrong direction collided with Craig Chambers, 19, and Maurice Williams, 23 killing them Nov. 23, 1999. David Farrell, then still an agent, was driving drunk on Interstate 95 in November 1999 when he smashed head-on into Lauderhill brothers. Florence Thompson, the victims' mother, said "They found him guilty of drunk driving.... He's guilty of manslaughter,"...The FBI agent, David Farrell was eventually convicted of DUI and sentenced to 90 days. He was fired by the FBI.

I want to know why the FBI agent, as with everyone else that have committed this crime, was not found guilty of manslaughter? There are multiple sets of laws for different class of people. All human life should be treated with the same consequences no matter who commits the crime.

This man should meet the same fate as the FBI agent and get 90 days in jail.

Each accident is extremely different and has it's own unique characteristics. Wait for all the facts.

If all of you would just stop for 1 minute. The story states the man is being "charged".... who knows what the outcome will be. Let's see how the courts rule on this one. Personally, I think all of the drivers you talk about should've been locket up.

DEAD IS DEAD, DEAD DRUNK DRIVER KILLS SOMEONE AND GETS OFF. SEE IF IT IS YOUR SON OR DAUGHTER THEN TALK ABOUT THE BS THAT YOU ARE FEEDING US.

THE FIREMEN AND FBI GUY GOT OFF WITH NOTHING. THE DUI LAWS DO NOT APPLY TO GOVERNMENT WORKERS AS THEY APPLY TO US.

IF THE FIREMEN OR FBI GUY HAD KILLED A COP HOW WOULD THE STORY GO THEN??

BULLSHIT, FIREMEN, COPS AND FBI ARE KNOWN TO BE BIG DRINKERS AND GET AWAY WITH DUI ALL THE TIME. ONLY WHEN THEY DO SOMETHING THAT THE COPS CAN NOT LET GO DOES SOMETHING HAPPEN, AND THEN NOT VERY MUCH.

NO DUI, I DO NOT DRINK. I HAVE SEEN COPS DUI AND THEY DRIVE BECAUSE THEY KNOW NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO THEM IF THEY GET CAUGHT. FIREMEN DO THE SAME THING, THEY ARE KNOWN TO BE VERY HEAVY DRINKERS. NOT TO LONG AGO A DRUNK FIREMEN RAN OVER TWO MEXICANS AND NOTHING HAPPENED TO HIM. HE WAS 51 YEARS OLD AND MORE THAN LIKELY HAD BEEN DUI FOR MANY, MANY YEARS AND GOT AWAY WITH IT TILL HE KILLED TWO PEOPLE. LET THEM BE ONE OF YOUR FAMILY AND I WILL BUY THE COP OR FIREMEN ANOTHER DRINK, BECAUSE YOUR FAMILY DOES NOT COUNT, JUST MINE.

You have a very serious problem..I have lived through this. Just 9 months ago my daughter and her best friend were hit head on by a drunk driver. My daughters best friend was killed instantly and my daughter spent 2 weeks in the hospital..How you can say you would buy the drunk driver another drink after hitting someone is beyond me...Although my daugher was not killed in the accident she still suffers everyday with the pain and guilt of being the only survivor in the car.. Mind you my daughter and her friend were only 16 years old...She does not understand why she did not die also...I could never wish this kind of pain on anyone...You need to think before you go posting your idiotic ideas...

Cops, firemen, and FBI are above the law, thats why nothing happens to them. Its like the fox watching the hen house.

Be a cop and DUI laws do not apply to you.
Be a firemen and DUI laws do not apply to you.
Be a FBI and DUI laws do not apply to you.

Be regular worker and go to jail without bail.

Just today there was an old boy in Texas that was convicted of murder by DUI and sentenced to 30 years in the State pen.

And for all you s--- heads saying that cops are never penalized for doing something wrong, all I have to say for you is walk in their shoes and deal with the scum of the earth time after time for a few days and see how lily white you will remain.

Only when the cops can not lie and cover up for one of the "Brotherhood" do the get arrested.
If they are just Drunk out of their mind the cops let the firemen drive home.

""""they were mexican, who cares. They are illegal and if they were not here, that drunk would have gotten home safely without problems. We need our borders shut down and illegals coming in should be shot on sight. """"

Excuse me? Where did your family come from, thats right, not born here thats for sure. Anyways... Okay some "brotherhoods" cover up for people just like any one else. What about family? they do the same thing all teh time. Lets look at that Homestead Shoot out okay? yeah Oh oh omg!

A few of you are getting so retarded, Oh cop haters, oh firemen haters, white haters, latin haters, anyone thats not in your lap is being treated different then you. Whatever doesn't go "yourway"?

Anyway, Every crime "because we live in America" is different. If you don't like our judicial system, you know, I heard Mexico City has a nice one... or there is always Afghanistan. yeah move on over and see.

Its not fair when somone is killed or dies before their time, and its not fair that some people get a slap on the wrist when others do hard time. But until some of you asshats vote or become lawmakers, guess what, you don't have a voice. Go picket, go protest instead of bitching here.

What a idiot you are!! You missed the point completely. I never stated or implied that the laws should be SOFTER for everyone....I said that the laws are DIFFERENT for everyone. I also stated that this guy should meet the same fate as the FBI Agent...he should only get 90 days in jail. They committed the same crime they should do the same time!!
