Here ya go Vic. YOu might know I wouldn't be able to find the link. It was originally posted on my cousins' face book, now not there. I thought I saved it under my favorites but it's not there either. I Googled "ginger root juice, garlic juice, lemon juice, vinegar, raw honey & its' medicinal purposes" and found it there on a blog site. There are, however, other sites for the uses of this concoction and its' medicinal benefits, including for heart blockage, breathing difficulties and some cancers; some with studies and research. Good luck finding them. They're out there, I read them.

I cup fresh ginger root juice
1 cup fresh garlic juice
I cup fresh lemon juice
I cut natural unprocessed vinegar
3 cups raw natural unprocessed honey

(The BIG job is juicing the ginger roots, then making the garlic juice). Mix and cook together everything but the honey. Bring to a boil and simmer until the first four cups of ingredients have cooked down to 3 cups. Then add & mix the 3 cups of honey and let simmer for another five mins. You should wind up with 6 cups of concentrate, although I only wound up with just under five. Guess I let it cook a little too long. I have settled on taking 2 tbsp. 3 x daily, a little more than recommended. Can keep refrigerated for several weeks.

BTW, use the ginger root peels and pulp to boil and make fresh ginger root tea. It will make quite a lot of tea; good with lemon & honey. Just don't make it too strong, it has a tart spicy taste. It sure is difficult to juice the ginger roots, the garlic not as bad after I finally gave up on it and decided to use minced garlic with the juice squeezed out into a bowl. Good luck!

Eye,

Thanks so much. I'm for sure going to make this juice. It just may be what I need. It has to do the body good.

Just remember they're grifters. I just don't share your sympathy for them. They were horrible parents and after Misty,Tommy were jailed, they depended on Tim for gas money, phone and lived with them till Tim moved to Mass.
I never believed any of the Croslins were in fear of the Cummings. Misty,Tommy, andJoe were very involved in what happened to Haleigh.JMO
Hank knows Haleigh's is dead.
You'd think with those down there holding on to that hope they'd at least go to the Missing Person's web site and update Haleigh's info.
Her information was posted the day she went missing, it has the last time seen at 12:30 am and it's never been updated. THis is the National Registry for Missing Persons. No updated picture nothing.
He knows she died. He justs wants sympathy and maybe somebody will send him a dollar or two.
Poor Haleigh, they all coveted their drugs so much, that was all that mattered to them. It didn't matter she paid for this with her life. JMO

Eye,

The first flu shot I took they were using the live germ. I was working at a pharmacy, took the shot and at the same time they were laying new carpet. It was made of hog hair. The roof leaked right after installation and got alot of the carpet got wet. I didn't feel well but didn't think much about it. It was on the third day after shot and working eight hours on this moldy smelling carpet that I had my first asthma attack.
I was in the hospital for a week and it damaged my lungs pretty bad.

It wasn't until much later that I put the two together cause all I wanted to do was get better so I could get back to work. Now I'm scared not to get the shot cause I don't know if lungs could handle the flu.

Yes, we survived the cold temps. I came home Sunday night it was in the upper 50's, woke up Mon to temp -11 but thankful to have a warm home to come to. Well, maybe there won't be as many bugs this summer.LOL
Eye, how's your throat? Did you find out anything about the dilation procedure?
KG,
DId you read about the Insane Clown Posse suing the FBI? ICP's name was posted about in both Baby Lisa's case and Haley Dunn's. THeir followers are some really strange folks.JMO
When does Casey and Sandy Parsons go back to family court?
GM, Vic.
I remember reading that fans of the Insane Clown Posse had been labeled a gang by the FBI a couple of years ago, while researching the Baby Lisa case.
I'm glad that the group stood up for their fans, and filed suit.
The Chicago Tribune estimates that the ICP has a fan base of about one million people. Some of their fans have been involved in violent situations, and I definitely believe that Megan Wright played a part in Lisa's disappearance. But, I find it inconceivable to label a million people as a national gang threat based on the actions of a few.

The FBI released some of the info that they used to make this assessment, and it was pretty lame. They cited a 2008 event in Illinois attended by about 6000 people at which "22 people were arrested on drug related charges, 350-400 traffic violations [were] issued, and one death was linked to heat exhaustion."
"The FBI file also notes that in Sheboygan, Wis., Juggalos "are considered a structured gang" consisting of "at least eight members and six associates, ages ranging from fourteen to twenty-one." In addition, the document states Sheboygan Juggalos have been "linked to crimes such as graffiti, possession of narcotics and theft ... and have been equated with the 'dead heads' of the Grateful Dead."
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/03/08/fbi-...

IMO, labeling one million people as an organized gang posing a national threat based on this information, opens up a Pandora's box.
Who's next, the Phish fans? 22 drug arrests at one event is nominal in comparison to the number of drug arrests made at some Phish shows. Just a couple of weeks ago (New Year's Eve), Phish performed at Madison Square Gardens. Police made 228 arrests, the majority of which were for possession or sales of drugs. So, should we run like he@@ if we see anyone in a tye dye?

Hey KG! Always good to see ya!! How's your new year starting out? Great, I hope...

I don't know anything about the Insane Clown Posse c'rap, just vaguely, so I'll stay out uv it. Sounds like you do though. Bunch a b/s? How the hell do you lump 1M 'labeled' people into one group who've never heard of each other, never met up with each other and never will? Basically their only connection is as Parrot heads, fans of Jimmy Buffett, wearing old, OLD worn out tie-die shyt, now they're a gang? Sounds harmless as the day is long other than being 'old' worn out potheads who come to life every now and then. Hell, most uv 'em don't even know each other well enough to share weed together. Somebody wake me up, I must be sleeping in la la land like they are... duh!

I HATE IT when these urgent highly charged cases like the Parsons gets shelved on hold; particularly over a long holiday season, when action should have been taken right then and there! What happens is the momentum dies down, doesn't look so bad in the cold grey light of dawn when it finally gets back to court hearing and THEN becomes more likely to weaken and peter out. The court and attorneys (deliberately) allow too much time for family to concoct lies together, sometimes coming back with a different story entirely. In any case, time weakens the allegations and CAN cause the case to be thrown out altogether. I certainly HOPE not. Thank you for staying on top if it though, KG.

Anne,
Glad you didn't break your toes. You have enough on your plate already. Pay no attention to the trolls/shills. Found this letter, supposedly written by a paid internet shill. Don't know if the person who wrote it was an actual paid shill or not, but, the information is spot on.
He says: "I would be assigned to four different websites, with the goal of entering certain discussions and promoting a certain view."
He was provided: "a number of hints for de-railing conversations that went too far away from what we were attempting. These strategies included various forms of personal attacks, complaining to the forum moderators, smearing the characters of our opponents, using images and icons effectively, and even dragging the tone of the conversation down with sexual innuendo, links to pornography, or other such things.
“Focus on the popular posters,” my trainer told me.“These are the influential ones."
“If you can convert one of the hostile posters from the enemy side to our side, you get a nice bonus. But this doesn’t happen too often, sadly. So mostly you’ll be attacking them and trying to smear them."

That is what these clowns are up to. IMO, it has everything to do with the Erica Parsons case.
Posters to the Zahra Baker thread dealt with a nasty shill who went to great lengths to disrupt the conversation. Why? IMO, they were aiding in a cover up to protect certain people who participated with Elisa in her demise.

Erica's home in Salisbury, NC was just about an hour's drive from Zahra's home in Hickory, NC.
We started discussing Erica's case in August. Trolls hit the thread on Sept. 11.
Gloomy made a post on Nov. 3, then all was quiet for a while. We heard not a peep out of the trolls while we discussed holiday plans and such. Then, on Dec. 28, I posted about the cadaver dog hit on William Parson's property, and you posted the info about the comment concerning the blue shed. BAM - they were back in full force almost immediately. Pretty transparent.

I checked back on the article with the comment about the blue shed. The comments are gone.
There were two other articles with comments concerning leads not being followed up on. Those comments are gone as well.

Posters to the FB page are complaining about other posters with fake accounts who lash out at them (trolls) if they try to say anything contrary to Casey and Sandy did "it" (whatever "it" might be).

Pretty dam sad, isn't it?

KG,

Hey,

ITA: I should have been clearer in post. It was lame of the FBI and a big waste of tax dollars. When I saw that I thought how Megan Wright reminded me of Shawn Atkins, not because they both listen to ICP but how they would answer questions. Almost with a catch me if you can, it's hard to explain. THey're both just really creepy.JMO

Vic honey, I have been trying to get back to you all day today but had insurmountable issues hanging onto my coattail nearly all day. I was sitting here last night when you came on and made your post shortly after 1:00 a.m.! my time, so I know you weren't sleeping either, but thought I'll get back to you first thing in the morning and went to bed, HOPING I might sleep restfully for a few hours.

Well, I was right back here early, shortly after your first post this morning, so I know you didn't get a heck uv a lot of sleep last night yourself! Honey, I typed up a nice long post to you first thing, mostly about your lung problems and it went straight out into internet hell. THEN right after that KG's post showed up, I stayed a few mins, then had to go deal with all this other c'rapo, but planning to get right back to you. Please forgive. I couldn't get back to you at all, although I've been planning too all day today.

I am so so SOO sorry about your lung problems. This is serious my friend. I can relate EXACTLY with you as I have COPD and pulmonary fibrosis on top of everything else, I just didn't mention it previously as I'm afraid I've already whined too much about some of my other major issues. But for now I need to go to bed; I know, it's early, but I NEED to get some restful sleep IFF it's possible between coughing/choking fits and having to frequently get up and down.

You know, I have to deal with the dry coughing, hacking and choking all during the night (many days too) I think mostly due to the vocal cord problem, but the nights are worse when I'm trying to sleep. I HOPE to chat with you bright and early in the morning, sweet Vic. Have a good night, hon... xx00xxx....

No need for apologies, girl. I know you've got a lot going on. Yes, after initial attack I had a couple of rough years, hospital, ER visits but with the help of 2 great inhalers I got my life back. I try to stay away from what triggers it,cig smoke, strong odors,

I'm here Vic. You are so sweet, always thinking of me in your prayers. These prayers, that's where it's at Vic! It has been prayer and the guidance & comfort of Jesus that has kept me all this time, and I am well aware of it. I am so blessed just to know where my strength comes from and to be able to hold onto it.

Don't know what kind of inhalers you're on Vic, but some of those inhalers can be dangerous. I have been prescribed and tried several different kinds, some I couldn't use for one reason or another; the main one I thought that helped the most was Advair, which is normally used for treating asthma, but after all the serious injuries caused by the side affects hit the fan I was taken off Advair entirely and told never to use it again. Serious side effects Vic. I hope this isn't the one you are using. If so, watch closely for any side affects.

I have been taken off all inhalers entirely now, due to the vocal cord problem; my Pulmonary questions that any inhaler at this point might cause more damage to my throat. Now he tells me to only use the nebulizer at most, once daily. There is a little liquid vial of med that goes into the cup. I can tell you what it is if you want to know.

Be careful Vic. It is SO important to do all you can to avoid getting pneumonia. I was saved from it two years ago down in the CCU for a few days; but I live in fear of it as I know I might not be able to take it next time. Another likely possibility is the probability of not getting enough oxygen to the brain and having mini-strokes, or a full blown stroke, or a heart blockage could occur also due to lack of oxygen, which could lead to a heart attack. All this caused by lung damage that cannot be cured. Just continue to do everything you can to keep your lungs open sweetie.

Eye,

Do you have a humidifier? If not get one and place it where the mist can be directly breathed in. This moisted air will control that dry cough.
Maybe even get 2, one for bedside and chairside. Also be sure to keep fluids nearby to sip on.

I cann't imagine how painful those dry coughing fits are.

It's not so painful Vic that I can't tolerate it. More than the pain is the coughing/choking that won't stop, this is what creates the pain and causes acute shortness of breath. ONLY the buttermilk relieves the coughing/choking for a while! I don't have a humidifier but do have a vaporizer. Would this help?

I have to run for now Vic, have ENT appointment to get these stitches removed from my nose from that little procedure last week.. May not be back on until this evening, okay?

No, you need cool mist not hot vapor. Vaporizer is used for chest congestion only, and most health professions advise to not use them period. What you need is the cool mist, which will keep mucosi(sp) inside nose and thoat good and moist.

Dulera is the inhaler I was using too Vic, when the Pulmonary told me not to use any inhaler for now due to the possible risk of irritation to my throat. It seemed to be helping and I was not experiencing any particular side effects from it. However, I used the AdVair for a very long time; now I wonder if this is what caused the vocal cord cancer in the first place; which of course, I would never be able to prove since I WAS a smoker during all this time.

Also, now I use the Albuterol mixture with the nebulizer, but as I said previously, the Pulmonary advised me not to use it more than once a day, and some days I don't use it at all; there again, due to the possibility of it irritating my throat and making it worse. Now, I just want YOU to keep your lungs as clear and open as you can, but I'm sure you are already doing this. Just know, I will keep you in my heart and in my prayers.

Thank you for the wise counsel concerning use of the humidifier. Makes sense to me! I will be sure to get one just as soon as I can. How's your day starting out Vic? I hope good.
