Vehicle ordinance isn't new

The city council has tentatively approved an ordinance to allow police to impound vehicles if they were used during the commission of any of four illegal activities. via FloridaToday.com

I agree with vehicle impoundment for using in a felony or unlicensed driver or vehicle.... but playing music too loud?

Personally, I would rather hear all that too loud music if my city would just remove all those 'freaking' speedbumps that are growing faster than weeds.
