Man found shot to death in Edgewater

I can't believe reading about the Judge, Hank Wheeler and the Murder of Jeremy all in the same story. What the hell is wrong with our system? What's even more disappointing is that no charges have been filed for the murder and the Judge walks away with a slap on the hand. You can bet when election time comes this story will surface again, again and again as AMMO against her. Her Opponents will have a field day with her!!

What the hell is going on? Is it just me or is it odd as hell that the shooter has not been charged yet? Aren't we all working under the assumption that the police know his identity? It seems to me they more or less said so in one of the articles. I just don't get it.

Walker, I think they're still waiting for Hank's trial,I think that's when more info. will become available,remember their still trying to find all the answers,I don't think anyone involved is telling the whole story until they know what kind of deal they can get,as has been stated before the shooter was in custody for another charge, not enough to hold him for the shooting. I read in article in the NJ about MJH going to mental health classes,WHAT! I don't think I'd want to stand in front of a judge who had to attend mental health classes, I'd claim the judge is crazy I want a new judge, do you think it would work.

Missy, Truth Time, Kyle, and Lurker who are you guys, did you know Jeremy? I knew him very well. I am Shara's best friend and God Mother to Brennan-his son.I check on here periodically to see what is going on with this case. This is all still a shock to me.

Please do me a favor do not give this Chatty Cathy a.k.a. Levin from Lake Worth, FL the time of day. She has no life and is a total stalker/harasser. The best way to get at stalkers/harassers is to completely ignore them as if they are not even there.

In fact, Chatty Levin's posts are so weird that I wonder if there isn't something going on here. For instance, what does "DA's, thats why..." even mean? Like bad translation or code.

I don't know any of the people involved. This was a Murder that caught my attention. Young man out for Birthday fun lured by career criminal with ties to a local Judge. You know the rest of the story. Ya some Justice System... What a joke. Jeremy would be alive today if Wheeler was in jail like he should have been long ago.

How is Jeremys family holding up and I take it their still in the dark about whats going on in the case?

I am just frustrated with this whole system and why an arrest is taking so long. I do not know what the hold up is.

Shara is doing okay, as well as she can. Brennan is just a toddler, growing up really fast and looks just like Jeremy. When we went to his memorial I saw lots of pictures when Jeremy was a toddler and Brennan looks like Jeremy's twin.

I just cannot believe this. I found out when I read the Orlando Sentinel. My heart dropped when I saw Jeremy's picture pop up. I had to read it 3x to believe it. I have never had to experience losing someone close to me.
