Or just imagining ? If they don't fix the road, it may not happen. What a price to pay. Hopefully a respectable owner will step up and help or just have it done. It should be their responsibility anyway, as their customers do the damage. Besides Charlie ain't going to get it done.

Charlie Tipton is the only one in the county who didn't take any crap off TR. He made TR stop blocking road, clean the mud, and correct the drainage.

There's a rollback dumpster next to the building and it appears the inside is being cleaned out or gutted. It's looking much better, is there a new tenant moving in soon?

Rick was at Staples Office Supply in Sevierville this afternoon buying new office equipment. When he reopens the place it has to have that new look with updated office supplies.

When the bookstore opens Slider will be begging Rick to reopen the TR again. Carl and Slider will have hell hole ruining their property value. Rick will be cruising the lake on the Bay Liner having a good laugh!

Mountain Plaza Inc. is still in business according to the state. Mountain Plaza Inc. filed their annual report in April 2012. The mailing address for Mountain Plaza was changed from Deep Spring to Rick's home address. After foreclosing on the truck stop, the bank sold the property to Mountain Plaza 1998-C.

So who owns the place now?

Mountain Plaza 1998-C LLC has been closed out. To close out a corporation all assets must be liquidated. Who were the principles in Mountain Plaza 1998-C LLC? So who owns it now? There is no law requiring property owners to register their deed at the court house.

You're correct! It looks like the registered agent for Mountain Plaza 1998-C LLC now owns the old truck stop. Mr. Davis is a former judge who resigned several years ago.
