No charges planned in death, neglect of cattle

“Never had any of the Red Willow County authorities involved in this case been confronted with a situation of this magnitude.”

Red Willow County will not press charges against the Indianola-area farmer-rancher who starved to death 111 cattle and fed and watered poorly 143 others. via McCook Daily Gazette

If the red willow sheriffs department worried more about people who break the law instead of harrassing the younger crowd maybe Paul Harvey wouldn't tell people that if you want to get away with murder just go to McCook Nebraska. I wonder how they would of treated the farmer if it would of been people that were starved instead of cattle. would they of let him go then?
