The Bridge liquor store opens in Big Y plaza

With its wide aisles, bright lights and large selection of competitively priced beer, wine and liquor, The Bridge on Route 7 is doing a brisk business.

The previous owner in the space next door may have been a little nutty, but he sold at state minimum. The prices have gone up 25% all over town now that he is gone.

Intersting. While other stores are going out of business, a liquor store opens up. I guess as long as the economy stinks, folks will be drinking more.

Convienent....but pricey....Stew's is cheaper and more selection....

Selection is good. Overstaffed. As a result they tend to try to get the customer to buy products that offer them more profit.

Also, they like to have "free" sample liquor promoters on the side that put down competitive products.

This is a highly competitive business, so I would say go elsewhere if you know what you want at better pricing.

No, but they do have Night Train Express, MD 20/20, and a great selection of lousy Ports.
