Drug company Boehringer Ingelheim fined $95 million

The Justice Department has announced that Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals of Ridgefield, CT willpay $95 million to settle allegations that it "promoted three drugs for uses that were not medically sanctioned.

Toxic release data from this facility doesn't add up. All those labs and only one toxin being released? What goes into the sewer has to be quantified too-its really not supposed to go down the sink if its toxic. Lets hope that they are just doing a really good job of capturing their toxic waste. Does anyone know about the toxin that they are listing as released into the air? Im not familiar with it.
