I'm glad that they released the name of this animal. How did I not know that he was an illegal? I think that the landlord and Willow Springs management company should be held responsible for not doing the proper backround checks. And to you Mayor Murphy, stop telling the cops to ignore all the activities that the illegals do because it will make the town look bad! Willow Springs cannot do background checks, it is the landlord's responsibility just like in a regular home. It was their relative who owns the unit they live in. Willow Springs does not have managment, they have a Board to make sure that the complex is maintained they have no control who lives there.

First of all, don't call his parents illegal aliens. They're legal and very nice people. I know Elias and his family, his parents are very nice. No, i'm not saying anything about Elias on the other hand. Just saying that a lot of times when people comit a crime people blame the familys, when the truth is i know for a fact they did everything they could to try to turn him on the right path.
