Hey thanks everyone for all the comments, but we really don't need any more! They've all been of 3 varieties:

1) "how awful; people can be such pigs"
2) "it's your own fault, you should've known better, you deserved it" or
3) "don't complain, I've seen much worse." So, rather than try to explain why it all happened, let us just say: they left, we sued them, we won, and we've been getting a Wage Garnishment check every month for a couple of years now.

Alan Goldin is a small claims court LIAR.

Alan Goldin took a hammer... Smashed the windows and walls as he inspected this residence AFTERMATH? He wanted to sue the the renters whom vacated after they left. They only left behind a few bags of junk. THEN, This landlord, jealousy and rage of being insulted as they labeled him a GAY MAN, got all angry and baby crying like and smashed the place in a fit of rage, he said he did this so he could sue them.

Last week, a a local store in the town Alan Goldin lives with all of near us too, he began to brag about how he set them up in a lawsuit suing them for thousands of dollars in damages HE himself created. Alan Goldin belongs in jail.

His comments are disabled so no one can remark there upon that video and the judge could only READ ME file READ ONLY and his case was won already in his favor and he admitted to 7 of us strangers at a store last week that he lied to the judge, the courts, and the people and stole all of their money for hate rebellious reasons. HE Made the whole thing up!

We are the people , he knows not one of us though, I am a private investigator from Shelby's Cabin place in the East. He and I met once unknowingly, as I was investigating him for a crime . His YOUTUBE channel is and name of him is: Alan Goldin

I wrote alot of songs in the 80's and was in 3 different bands, two in Austin TX and one in New York City. Then I didn't write any for a long time. Finally I decided to learn how to sort of play guitar and I wrote a few more. So far, here's the ones that have visuals. Your comments are welcome...

Dog Dreams
I think it's entirely possibly that it is not a coincidence that "god" is "dog" spelled backwards. Let's just for a moment indulge in the fantasy that when you die you really do go to "heaven," and it turns out that the supreme being in charge there is actually...a dog. "Dog" shows you a video of moments in your life when you were kind to, or cruel to, animals, and you are then judged by the way you treated animals when you were alive. And you're told there's a special room in hell reserved for Michael Vick, and another for matadors…

I keep having dreams in which I believe my dogs turn into various people. Well, they don't turn into people in the dream; it's just that when I awaken, I sense that the person in the dream actually was my dog. I had a dream the other night that I really enjoyed and I recall it pretty clearly: I was with my wife in a foreign country, looking for an address. We came across a somewhat dilapidated building, maybe a former motel or office building. It was abandoned, but we met a shadowy figure who urged us to come inside. We went up some stairs to the second floor and found a large room that must've been some sort of studio. It had large floor-to-ceiling windows, many of which were broken, and there was a breeze blowing through. There was trash and broken furniture strewn about, and an old grand piano. And assembled around the piano was a motley group of what could best be described as sideshow freaks. My main feeling at this discovery was...delight! Huddled underneath the piano was a group of three or four midgets! I was immediately drawn to one of them, a tiny grandmotherly type who was introduced to me as Juana. I was told that Juana would have been more famous but she was only the second smallest woman in the world and therefore missed out on all the fame and fortune that was awarded to the smallest woman. I believe she missed out by being 19 inches tall, whereas the smallest woman was 18 inches. I picked up Juana and we immediately bonded. I took her away with me, carried her everywhere, and she became my constant companion. In size and weight, she reminded me mostly of my dog Pogo, who has a similarly impish and wizened look on his face.¿Donde está Juana ahora?

Death Dream #9
The car was a white sedan of no particular make or model.

Alan Goldin

I was in the back seat, and among the other occupants of the car, I believe I was acquainted with only one. We were driving on a winding mountainous road and the guard rails were only a couple of feet tall. I wish I knew who was driving but I can only picture a tall man. We came to a sharp left turn in the road and there were no guard rails at that point.

Alan Goldin

There seemed to be no attempt on the part of the driver to make the turn. Whether he was not paying attention or deliberately didn't try, I just don't know. Below us was a deep valley, and rising out of the side of the cliffs closest to us was an old manufacturing facility of some sort, large, many-storied, and light-colored, with large windows on the top floors. The roof, which was almost even with the road, was mostly skylights. We drove straight off the road and sailed over the edge and I knew immediately that there was no hope for us. There was no "undo," no "rewind."

Alan Goldin

In my head I was shouting "I had plans, I had plans, I had plans!," knowing full well the irony of my words. We crashed through the glass ceiling of the building and through the windows on the opposite side, flying, sailing, falling into the valley below. Although I knew this was the end, I awoke before we hit the ground.

If I'd only known...then what?!
My first job in this godforsaken industry (print graphics) was in Austin, Texas. There were maybe three places in Austin one could be employed at the time. I don't remember how I ended up where I did but it was the first and only place I visited, applying for a job. The woman who owned the place had started it from scratch and she was a tough cookie. She started out typing term papers or something like that in her garage and built her business up into a well-known and respected graphics company. When I first met her, I didn't even know what any of the job requirements were, but I knew I wanted to do "art" and someone told me I could earn a living doing "commercial art" and I thought it might be a step up from the restaurant work I'd been doing up until then. So she said to me "go and learn how to do paste-up and then come back and see me."

I went to the local community college and took a couple of courses in paste-up and darkroom procedures and when I finished I went back to her and she hired me.

At the beginning, I did exactly what I'd learned to do in school.

But I soon noticed that the "typesetters," who sat at machines and were kind of at the top of the totem pole of employees, didn't go home at the end of the day with glue and tiny pieces of paper stuck to their clothes and shoes.

It seemed like a neater, cleaner kind of job, so I told my boss I wanted to move into that area.

She gave me a typing test and, although I wasn't very fast, she liked the fact that I could tell the second I'd made a mistake and backed up and fixed it before continuing. So began my illustrious career.

I stayed there for 7 years, which seemed like a long time then. Every time I told her I wanted to try to learn something new, she was all for it. She told me I was smart. She told me I was capable. She made me assistant manager; she had me doing accounts receivable, calling clients who owed us money. We became pretty close; I babysat her kids; I visited her in the hospital when she had a nervous breakdown. I heard all her stories of her amazing and weird upbringing and life. And once she even told me that she loved me. Not romantically; just that she loved me as a human being and friend. I loved her too. And goddammit, I've missed her so much over the years.

I'm now in my 18th year at my current job and my boss keeps me around, but totally dislikes me. He doesn't treat me like I'm competent or capable or smart; doesn't think I have any opinions worth hearing. He doesn't think I am worth training into any new areas. And our company is changing and moving in new directions and I don't feel that I'm being taken along for the ride. Eventually, what I do will no longer be required and I think I'll be let go. But I ask myself every day: why did she like me so much and think I was smart and this guy can't stand me and treats me like I'm stupid, although he obviously thinks I'm smart enough to sit at the computer and do what needs doing? He had me in charge at some point and I think I did a good job: the work got done, employees I was supervising were fairly happy and productive, and the clients were satisfied and taken care of. I don't know when or what happened that made him sour on me. Although, truth be told, he never did exactly get chummy with me, but he's pretty cold to most people except a hand-picked few. But I'm mystified every single day that I can work for someone for so long who dislikes me so much and yet keeps me on. Eighteen years of this!

Believe me, I'm actively looking around but I wish I had my first boss around to build my confidence back up. Wherever she is, I hope she's OK.

from their website...and I quote:
"A Parking Account has been set up on your behalf. "
which means, I DIDN'T SET IT UP; someone else did (my employer).
"To change the amount contributed to your Parking Account each month, notify your program administrator."&#8232 ;THAT'S YOU, RIGHT? And I asked you to stop the deductions on Oct. 1!
I just got off the phone with them. They said I'm correct; YOU have to stop the deduction. Once there is no more money coming into the account and all claims have cleared, there will no longer be an account. They said if you need clarification, to call them and they'll explain it to you.

Height-ism: the Last Taboo
Height-ism? Verticaphilia? Call it what you will, but now that it's no longer politically correct to discriminate against people of color, women, gays, even the obese, there's only one group it's still OK to make fun of: short people. Oh, I hear that derisive snort of laughter! It's the same sound you used to hear from whites before the civil rights movement, the same sound you used to hear when women demanded equal pay for equal work, even now, when gays are demanding the right to marry... But eventually, everyone had to give in: blacks rose up en masse and everyone else got a little scared; women joined forces and men caved; gays started marching and everyone got a little worried. But the prospect of a crowd of five-foot-tall people marching down the street, their squeeky little voices raised in protest, just wouldn't disturb too many folks. Like Dorothy arriving in Munchkinland, people would be more entertained than frightened, possibly even delighted.
