Wrong. Only one Meth-lab been busted in the town limits. A "future" lab was busted before it was cooking. If there is a bunch of Meth Heads in your neighborhood you need to do something about it or get out.
Actually there have been at least 4 active meth labs busted in the town limits that I remember and there are probably more I don't remeber.

Oh and the one mobile lab that had been cooking in Damascus and left a truck and was busted in Abingdon right after it left here

Just because they have a 24236 zip code or a 475- phone extension doesn't mean that they are in the town limits.

Lets see, 2 working labs busted at different times in the blue house behind Stampers. One working lab exploded in the apartments over by the park and then the one Dockie Blackburn had in his Momma's outbuilding which was also a working lab. Thats 4 and then the mobile one they followed to Abingdon and busted down there. Have I missed any that anyone else remembers?

I thought there was only one in the blue house. The one in the apartments was not a "working lab". Dockie was the second. I don't think a mobile lab in Abingdon constitutes a Damascus address.

Didn't Nicky Sturgill have a mobile one as well, he must have just gotten out of prison because I saw him the other day.
And they busted one at the Wolfe house across the road from CM. They are living back in that house now with a bunch of little kids.
Those were in Washington County not Damascus.

Curtis Eskridge was busted in the blue house and later when he was released on bond he was busted again in the same house with a second lab. The on in the apartments was working when it blue up. He was in the process of cooking up a batch when it caught on fire. Those things don't blow up unless they're "working". Dockie's was four. The one they got in abingdon was in the back of a pickup truck. It was in Damascus and had been cooking. Damascus PD got a tip on it and followed it as it left town. They followed it to Abingdon where they met the drug taskforce and stopped it. So yes it was a working lab in Damascus they just caught it on the move.

Now we are just splitting hairs. The one in the apartments was not a working lab. The dumbass put a glass coffee pot on the stove. I am not saying that if they could have had the brain cells to form a thought that they weren't going to make it, just that there was no meth found. If there had been a lab blow up they would have shut the place down and moved all the people out. I am sure that there have been more than one mobile lab come through town and I am sure plenty of other drugs have traveled through our town.
I don't think that four meth labs constitute a thriving industry. It is a lot less than the number in Wassilla, Alaska. Hey maybe Creed could be Vice President.

The one in the apartments wasn't a working lab? Why do you think he had a glass coffee pot on the stove? He was cooking meth and by his own admission when he plead guilty in federal court had been cooking in that apartment for quite a while. The glass coffee pot had nothing to do with the fire except that it contained the materials he was cooking meth with and the fumes are explosive. The only reason the whole building didn't burn was because of the sprinkler system. And yes they did find meth oil in his materials. That is the meth before it is reduce to powder but it is still meth. As for the traveling lab it was cooking in Damascus not traveling through. It was in the vehicle of a man from Damascus. It was boxed up and then he drove to Abingdon and was stopped. And while 5 labs may not be a "thriving business" if they have caught 5 then how many more are there that they haven't busted yet? And Creed isn't even capable of being mayor much yet vice-president.
