Hi all, For those of you at Flash that remember me from the days I came around selling roses, hello from Korea. For those of you who are busting Ryan's balls because he is a successful entrepeneur in a business areana you don't support, all I can say is you need to know Ryan personally. He's a good guy. Not so different than most of us, except he ahd the good fortune to be in the right place at the right time to be where he is today. He always treated me with dignity and respect knowing I was working hard to make a living and I think you have to appreciate that when many people might lok sideways at a guy selling roses. Rock on Ryan.

So, Korean rose guy, why you back in Korea? Not make money selling roses here?
Guess USA not too keen on you, huh?
Ryan not successful entrepeneur, just like to sell sexy titties at bar. Make him look stupid and degrading.
I like titty, but don't like titty bar. Glad town not give license.

Spit,

Your true colors are showing. I'm not Korean. I paid my way through college selling flowers in clubs.

I get paid about $11,000.00 a month of your hard earned tax money to serve in the military here in Korea.

We all have the right to our opinions, but what's with the belittling reply? I'm sure you are able to make an intelligent response.

Free market economies allow people to make their own decisions on where there dollars are spent.

Limiting the rights of business owners based on moral judgements smacks of the government imposing values. Is that where we are now? I thought we were living in the 21st century.

Running a successful business has to be about more than having a product to sell. Give Ryan his credit; don't disgrace yourself with trivialization.

Hi there everyone. I hail from AZ. I fell in love with Granbury when I visited there for a wedding. The beauty of the place got to me and I was actually thinking of moving to Granbury.

So, I decided to read some of the blogs here and it looks like very heated discussion on some pretty ancient topics. I'll be honest, I have done stripping, I was very unsuccessful. I did this in El Paso, TX. I made nearly no money. The customers said I was "too skinny". I am 115 llb. female in good athletic shape and I do have implants and I used to do nude modeling for artists in Santa Fe, NM to make extra money my first years of attending college.

Anyhow, my thinking is this: in any community, no matter where it is around the world, you will always find men and yes women too, who will be happy to part their hard earned money to have what they deem is good entertainment for themselves. It may cause some citizens to be unhappy. It may cause some people to feel unloved. I do know this, business is business and I really don't want to keep some females from making money if this is what they have chosen to do for whatever reason/s. I do truly understand how difficult it is for girlfriends, wives to be upset at their husbands for going. But ladies, the issue is simply not with these businesses! It is with the relationship.

If you decide your mate shouldn't be going to one of them, then that is an issue. If you don't mind, and are very confident of your relationship, you can go too, or you can go about your day/evening. I have never met a man I can control. I am now 35 and realizing thank goodness, I really don't want to. This is an issue of control, fear of the unknown and yes there are issues of the "types" of people it can bring into the community. The only way this issue can be resolved is through legit means like voting or having meetings. Every community is different. This issue is not nearly as simple as it appears.

I would like to add in Arizona, the strip clubs in Phoenix have very professional strippers. More often than not, you will find them in the gyms than going out. They work very hard for their money and most of whom I have met keep a clean lifestyle. They make a ton of money and do invest it. I myself never decided to pursue it in the end, but there are plenty of strip clubs where ladies are not "nothing" and do help their community by buying there and helping the economy. I see Emily you have been in environments that have not necessarily been the cleanest or perhaps the best run, but I assure you this does not reflect all strip clubs across the USA. It is a very difficult business to be in and this topic is a far more complicated one than we are even touching on here.

Thank you for reading this everyone. I sure hope I didn't offend anyone. That was not my intention.

Cheers,

Miss Joie

for those who agree that we need to stand up and fight to keep our personal freedom, take a moment to go to the cherry pit (dot org) website and donate to the legal defense fund.
