lawmaker, i'm assuming that you are from bayard, othewise, you are blaming the town people for your own sexuallity issues. maybe im wrong but instead of making it a point to bash relatives and other bayard people, i would think you would be happy to hear that the court system is actually doing something about what he did. I dont know how much you pay attention to the news in nebraska, or current events for that matter, but not too long ago the former (thank god our kids might be safe now) district court judge of cheyenne and kimball county Christine Cekava ruled in favor of a man that was proven to have been brutally sexually molesting a 12 year old girl over a period of several years. That judge rather than having the emotions of a normal human being must like assulting children too because after he was proven guilty, she sentence him to 12 years of isp. Thats intensively supervised probation, its an ankle moniter protecting our children from a man that should be getting raped beaten and tortured because thats what he did to that little girl. Instead of prison Cekava thought that because he was a small man he wouldn't stand a chance in the pen, he should just be closely monitored and still live in our neighborhoods looking at our children, possibly hurting more kids. Her verdict and sentencing was so mind blowing it was in the news nationwide and on Jeraldo at large. The entire country disagreed with that equally as discusting woman and yet she still remained on the bench until just recently. Like i said, be thankful something was done not childishly posting stupid comments about a town that probably didn't accept the way you were growing up therefore you resent

58 counts on this case? GOOD GRIEF!
Good Bye and Good Riddens!

----------
(I am in agreement with you on the "man too short to go to prison" case. It was a complete and total FARCE of a sentence.
Here we have a pedophile who:
is a REAL CHARMER.
With a real sweet smile.
Real friendly like.
Selected his victim carefully.
His victim is a very sweet, very trusting, very pliable, very believing person....raised up in a family that has difficulty wrapping their head around the idea that this kind of thing even happens. They're God-Fearing, Hard-Working Folks.
The pedophile saw this....and saw an opportunity there. He played his game on a very soft, very caring,(and naive)--although that's not bad to be "naive" per se-- it's just that this family is a family that was VERY pliable...they're GOOD FOLKS, and this pedophile knew that this family had a tendency to trust people and believe in the good of other people.
This family didn't even SEE it coming. They got blindsided.

this very insidious pedophile worked that to his advantage.
(The judge got conned by his helpless, sweet, charming smile. He's TOO NICE to be a pedophile. Even if he is a pedophile...he's too nice to go to prison? Too short. Poor guy. He was able to extract her sympathy.)

Meanwhile, the family was just like puddy in his hands...WHAT A PLAYER he is. He's a CON MAN. They were easy to get at, and he knew it.

Meanwhile, he is an insiduous pedophile.
Not only did he play this young person like a fiddle...not only did he sexually abuse this child, he "befriended her" so that she trusted him. He played on her innocence.

The judge may have ruled that he was "too short to go to prison"...and he may have a free pass now while he's walking on this earth...
But Lord Knows...he ain't too short to go to hell.

By the way, this SOB has no remorse for what he did.
If you read the court transcripts...it's all there in black and white.
