whoa. i always wondered why there were a lot of pornography and molestation cases out of ga. now i know. age doesnt seem to be a big deal with georgians. sorry i think age is a big deal. bc she worked doesnt mean she doesnt need or want a sugar daddy? being swept off your feet isnt always a good thing either. just says you might be a little gullible and naive too to a smooth sweet talking car salesman. lol they make jokes about car salesman ya know? anyway being married nowadays for a lot of people just means its a union of convenience and not really about love. im guessing 2 naive women wrote posts 57 and 58. keep thinking the way you are thinking and maybe a nice old man with a little bit of cash will sweep you off your feet and set you up in a nice home for a while til you either drain him of funds or he decides to trade you in on a newer model. lol lol lol
This person said there is a lot of pornography cases in Georgia. I was just trying to say that pornography isn't illegal, so I don't know where they would come up with this ridiculous statement. Not that I condone or don't condone it.

None of us know what we would do if pushed into a corner being taunted that the one we love is having an affair. I think it's enough to make the best person turn to temporary insanity. NO, it doesn't make it right but just saying....

I just want to say, as an outsider, that I can understand fury fueled by a very vulnerable feeling of losing everything could send someone over the edge. I am not professing that Sonny was right in viciously slaying his wife and her grandfather; a rational person would have just accepted the losses and went on with life once they figured out that the sun would still shine tomorrow and they could resurrect themselves somehow. It is hard for someone in that position to make sound judgment and if she was provoking someone angry and scared, she may as well went after a hungry grizzly bear with a steak. She was beautiful and she did not deserve this horrendous fate, but I just wanted to perhaps play the devil's advocate and say that I do believe that people that feel cornered and shamed and vulnerable can lash out in this way and it is very sad for everyone; especially the small child involved. From what I have heard, Sonny was not prone to violence or a criminal before this...he simply snapped. Does that justify it? Of course not! He should be punished and pay for his atrocious acts. It has nothing to do with their age difference; people kill people...read the Bible...it's all there. I do want to say that people that spread untruths around just harm the family that remains and it is not fair to them. If you do not know, intricately, the facts of crime scene details or the nature of the people involved, please just keep your judgmental opinions and rumors to yourself. It does no one any good. The fact remains that Jessica is gone and the child is motherless and essentially fatherless and great-grandfatherless and has a lifetime of horrible events to deal with. The criticism should be checked at the door because you can't say what exactly occurred and what you would have done in this situation. I hope that everyone just turns something like this into a positive somehow...it is the only good that can come of it. Maybe plant a tree in Jessica's name, donate to the daughter's education fund, remember to be kind to people, treat people decently, and act morally. I really feel sorry for everyone.

I wish them luck too because once Sonny quit helping with the restaurant Cindy and Billy sued Sonny and Jessica for money, so the rumor goes.

He didn't call sonny and say that. He wasn't leaving his wife for Jessica. He was just stupid and cheated with her. Jessica told sonny she was leaving him for the boyfriend to taunt him like always but the boyfriend (who wasn't really her boyfriend at all) had no intentions of having a relationship with her. He made a stupid mistake and now has to live with it forever. Soooo many douche bags cheat but none deserve all this. It had nothing to do with the 'boyfriend'. Sonny knew she had cheated on him for years and he let it go as long as she stayed with him. When she finally decided to leave him he snapped.

He didn't have to kill the grandfather. He probably witnessed the murder and got killed for that but did that fool think he would really get away with this? When you kill out of passion, you usually don't kill anyone else. Idk why it's been called a crime of passion.

If his wife has any self esteem she will kick him to the curb, he doesn't deserve another chance. If he cheated once, he has done if before or will again. Someone who cheats on their spouse is sorry and doesn't need to be married.

How funny that you presume to know what you are talking about when in fact..you obviously do not! He had already left his wife once and went back to her after a period of time. He was in love with her..as she was him..and they had been seeing each other for some time! When his wife found out she confronted Jessica AND Sonny together.. and contrary to what you made up .. Sonny was very upset and hurt! I don't suppose you're aware of why Sonny was in the Varnell area..or the fact that Chad and his family were in hiding! SO..the only thing you got right here was the OBVIOUS fact that he made a stupid mistake!
