She is NOT in prison and some of these rumors are so silly that you cant help but laugh your butt off. The mafia???Please! Anyway, she hasnt gone to trial yet. They tried to cut her a plea deal and she wouldnt take it. They seem to THINK that Doc killed himself, accidently. They were a family full of debt and to get out of it he sent her on her way out of town to set the house on fire to keep from losing it AND to collect the insurance money. When his body was discovered ONLY his hands & feet were burnt,as if he was using them and then dropped whatever he started the fire with, things went WRONG,things got out of hand and he died from the smoke. However, their not going to let Teresa go free because they think she KNEW his plan and played a roll in it. Its sad, especially for the kids. No father, and now their mother is facing prison. Im very familiar with the case and the family.

Do you know me? I am Jim's brother Brian. My mother has been in contact with Detectives since this happened and your facts are very wrong. Jim was in the shower when the fire was lit and his body was found naked. Why would he have started the fire naked? why would the shower have been running? The ceiling collapsed on him as he tried to run out of the house. she used an accelerant of gas and kerosene. there were traces of it on her clothing and her hands.
She fancied their handyman who didn't fancy her so she thought if she had the insurance money she might be a little more attractive even if she does look like Frankenstein.

Please don't try and insert yourself into something and claim you know facts when you do not. She is a loser pure and simple. Its mind blowing that she hasn't been to trial in over 2 years and isn't in jail even though she was arrested while on bail for drug possession. I mean seriously, where in the US other than Mayberry does someone get bail and have to live at the sheriff's house??? she is gulty guilty guilty. When a team of detectives say you're guilty, you are. period.

My brother was a fun loving decent person who woke up everyday with a good attitude and always told me to be positive. He had access to a trust fund that would have bailed him out of financial disaster only, but he wouldn't have had to resort to burning down a house to get insurance money. he was a very smart person who knows better than to try and do something so stupid. His wife on the other hand, not so smart and had far more motive than getting money to save their family. she needed the money and Jim gone so she could try and get the handy man interested.

The FACTS their telling you, isnt the same FACTS their telling others then. Yes,Jim was a very nice man and I had nothing against him at all. Im not trying to take sides here and Im sorry if you feel I did. However,Jim did like his wacky weed and was head over hills in debt! Thats a FACT! I knew him personally, personally enough to know he didnt have much to do with you! Hardly any of YOUR family have had anything to do with his kids and havent been around....THERES SOME MORE FACTS for you! I dont uphold was Teres may have done,is doing, whatever. If she is guilty I hope she gets what she deserves POINT BLANK! Jim owed alot of people he didnt pay,for work done on his office ect. ANOTHER FACT,hurt my pocket! Anyway,I hear she is going to trial, what March ish?? I think. I pray justice is done, whatever that may be. Im the mean time you have a niece and nephew in KY,have you talked to them lately?? You may wanna check on them!

The house was in HER name, the insurance policy on the house was in HER name, his life insurance policy made named HER the benefactor. She used an accelerant and it was found on HER person. SHE had multiple affairs, SHE was/is addicted to drugs, SHE LIED to the detectives not once or twice but EVERY time they interviewed her. SHE was seen by a sherrif pulling out of the driveway appx. 20 minutes before the first 911 call came in (this will come out in court), she LIED about being in Knoxville already even though her cell phone hit a Cleveland TN. tower notifying her of the fire. She had all of the kids clothes packed and had removed valuables and pictures from the house before setting it ablaze, this will come out in the trial. Now SHE claims to be an abused wife, SHE claims he started the fire and it was all his idea, she claims to be innocent... I don't think so but she does have Ken Posten so she'll likely get off. But, she IS GUILTY of 1st degree MURDER!!!

i cant believe that you guys are arguing on here with one another. you were not there and you have no idea what happened. so quit making assumptions and accusations and leave that to the detectives. why dont you stop arguing with one another and pray for the family and especially the kids

Brian, I was a patient of your brother's. He was a kind gentle man. He talked with me before he married the Kentucky hillbilly. I tried everyway possible to convince him NOT to make another mistake by marrying her. There were days he could not even come into work because he was so stressed out over the situation with her.
She brought all her Hells Holler family in to town to remodel the house he was converting into his office. She oversaw every penny your brother had. She made sure that her family was well paid for their work; while she strolled around in cut off jean shorts and workmans boots. It was a sight to behold!
As soon as heard of his death I asked where she was because I knew she was responsible. I never liked her and I had her number from the first time I met her.She defines the term "trailer trash".
I pray Dr. Kohnle had come to his senses and had asked her for a divorce. Yet,I hate to think that is why she murdered him.
She came down out of the hill's looking to marry a doctor; when no doctor in the local hospital would touch her she moved on to the local vet and he would not touch her either. She then had her sights set on your brother. Being the kind compassionate man he was I am sure he felt sorry for her.
I pray she goes to trial soon, I want to be on the front row so she can see me.I want to look her in the eye and let her know I know what she did to my friend. I want to see her behind bars for the rest of her natural life.(I think it will be kinda hard to smoke that weed in prison).
The truly sad part are the children that are left behind. Yet, they are better off without the influence of a mother that would so coldly ,without regard murder their father. They have been robbed of a father that loved them beyond words.
I am truly sorry for your lose. I think of your family often and I want you to know your family will always be in my prayers.
And yes; only in a hick town are murderer's allowed to live with the very same people who have sworn to protect us from peole like her!

Ok "Well" do yourself a favor and look up Monarch Marking or John Kohnle or Edward Kohnle or Frederick Kohnle on Google. You'll see that my great grandfather invented the price tag gun and Monarch held nearly 100% of the market world wide for over 100 years until my dad sold the company to Pitney Bowes for $90 million in the late 60s. There was more than 10 million placed into a trust in 1970 for the Kohnle grandchildren, my brother Jim being one of them. The trust would not allow for luxury items or to purchase homes or cars. It could be used to replace a roof or to borrow against or to pay for college which it did pay for 8 years of school for Jim, 4 of those years at Hillsdale. You could also withdraw your own share of interest annually which Jim did every year without fail. The point being, if it came down to it, Jim had access to money to bail himself out of something before committing suicide. As of today there is more than $30 million in the trust.

And for YOUR information here's a little FACT you didn't know my brother personally well enough to know...he along with his brother Bob and sister Nancy were trying to sue their father who was the executor of the trust for their share. THAT'S why none of us spoke to Jim for the last 5 years.

Also here's a FACT for YOU "Well" I spoke to Jim shortly before he was murdered and told him he should visit our dad who had full Alzheimer's disease before it was too late. He said he was just going to have to live with the regret if something happened before he was able to do that. Jim had a lot of shame over what he did.
Did Jim smoke pot? yes he did. He was always the party type. He was a heavy drinker when he was younger and was known to have a good time all the time no doubt about it.
Jim didn't speak to my mother any longer because as his step mother he took offense to my mom remaining friends with his first wife Anne who left Jim because of his party attitude.
I went to Paris with Jim and had a great time. We went to the Bahamas together for new years the year he married Teresa. When she came to visit the first time all she talked about was how rich Jim's parents are and how nice our house was and on and on. She had dollar signs in her eyes from day one.
You can believe who you want. She had the means and the motive and every bit of evidence points to her. The only one saying she didn't do it are you idiots and her. Everyone with the evidence says she did it. I'll put my money on the evidence.

oh I forgot to mention, guess who was the one who came up with the idea of suing our father? guess who was the one who sent the emails and hired the attorney and spearheaded the attempt? If you guiessed Teresa you would be CORRECT! Now there's a juicy little FACT for YOU! I got the email from her. I was the one who went and told my parents of what they were trying to do. Jim was very ashamed and very guilty as he should have been but I believe as do many others that there was a lot of pressure on him for this money.
and I say once again

Just saw the trial has been postponed til Aug. This sounds like a normal pattern for Poston. He postpones and postpones until he has accumulated as much $$ as possible then (hopefully) will turn her over to the wolves. Or he's hoping we all forget Rufus and it falls to the side. Rufus was a heart to heart person (when you hug you always let your hearts cross).I personally don't care if he smoked weed, had a glass of wine or raised hell. He was kind to me. He taught me alot about how our bodies want to heal themselves. Some of us warned him of Teresa and her behavorials.Hopefully all leads given to the authorities have been checked out. I believe Teresa will have a judgement day and HE knows exactly what happened. I know what I believe happened. Rufus tried to hard to be healthy to turn around and take his life.I pray the children are better off. Living with Teresa was not healthy for them. Thanks for letting me vent my thoughts.

?? my first time writing on here. I'm not from Chicago. I'm from this little hicktown that lets murderers run free while putting innocent young men in jail when they can't decide who caused a wreck. Catoosa County.
