What had happened was an act of protection taken too far, where this poor mans death may or may not have been a result of ben's violent outburst. I'm not saying Ben is innocent, but put yourself in his postion, if your son or daughter was in danger by a reckless driver with no regard for the safety of others on the road. How would you react? With a heated exchange of words that couldve ended in them jumping you. I grew up with Ben, he was my best friend for years as a child in Wrightsville, I know him personally, and he is far from a sociopath, he was just overprotectiveof his family and a terrible accident occurred causing a poor man's death. Like I said I am not saying he is innocent, and am not by far saying that this wasn't a tragedy. My heart goes out for ians family and friends and I send them my warmest regards, because I know how it feels to ubruplty lose a loved one, as mother just passed a month ago. But if you see this Ben, I love you man, stay strong and cherish your family, my mom is looking down on you and hopes you can change your life for the better, and take whatever punishment you get like a man, because it is what's right brother
