You forgot to mention that it costs time and money to entertain such things and I'm affraid of none of these as the comments are true and can be verified through public records<quoted text>
Sorry Lady, you do not have to be a professional to be sued for slander or libel. All you have to do is state something false in writing or verbally.
As far as posting the court docket info: Perfectly legal since it is readily available to the general public.
That being said, no one cares if he treated you like crap, you probably deserved it.

I don't care what you do. You are just pixels on a screen.
If you can't take free legal advice that would help you, then you've got bigger problems than just a failed marriage.
What you are doing is stupid and dangerous, especially trying to practice law without a license.
By the way, there's no such thing as the Fair Comment Act.
You also have zero understanding of the elements of a defamation claim.
I'll give you some more advice. Stop posting online and hire an actual attorney to keep you out of trouble, and for F--k's sake, follow her advice.

Just so you realize how far off you are.
There is no "Fair Comment Act." There is a common law tort doctrine by that name, which is something completely different. You also don't qualify for it, based on what I have seen you post. So, you are putting yourself at risk.
Truth can be a defense to libel, but it is not an absolute defense and you will have to prove the truth to even take advantage of that defense. Again, you are not being as careful as you should be.
You seem rather irrational as well, considering I was only trying to help you. No one should try to represent themselves buy you,l especially, need an attorney. Bad.
And yes, I do have a fat wallet. I earned it by being paid to give people good advice. They wouldn't pay me if I was consistently wrong about the law, now would they?

If I was affraid I would post nothing I don't care about your interpritation of the law. I'm not affraid of you or your threats.
Perhaps there's something your concerned with, again put your money where your mouth is if your so concerned and have a nice day try not to get 2 disgrunteled if I'm only a pic on a screen and get a life.
For someone who doesn't care you sure seem to.
I would never take your advice did you even pass the bar exam???
#26 May 22, 2013
It's spelled "interpretation."
Good luck representing yourself in court, moron.

Observed the eminent lawyer, "I hesitate not to pronounce, that every man who is his own lawyer, has a fool for a client".
#28 May 23, 2013
This came from an Attorney who was paid.
The law is the law if you know it and how to present it you don't have to pay a lawyer to hold your hand and do the work.
Do you know how many lawyers go to school and never pass the bar?
And besides in Court it's not who you know always sometimes it's who you blow.
Either way if you like to get rid of money quick and still get the same ruling in the end go ahead.
No better advocate for yourself than yourself
I've seen lawyers screw up cases for their clients I've also seen them after a hefty payment they demanded from their client, they still lost.

It applies more to D.J's in County Court Generally speaking the law dominates any favor as everything is on "the record" where these joke J.P. offices can and do hear cases of the people they have lunch with and have a decision without even hearing facts.
The system is somewhat broken but there are legal remidies for that.

Another appropriate quote for you:
"There are none so blind as those who will not see"
And an extra one for free. I will credit my Grandfather for this one:
"If one person calls you a horse's ass, ignore them. If a whole bunch of people call you a horse's ass, you better buy a saddle".

Here's one for you:Better to have an open mind than one bound by beliefs I credit myself for that.
Have a fine day Mr. Duh
Oh and here's an extra from my mother if you worry and care what people think you will be a nervous wreck you can't please everyone and the only one you should ever even try to please is GOD not man
#33 May 24, 2013

#34 May 24, 2013
I've got a very nice one, thank you.
Sounds like yours needs a lot of work.
#35 May 24, 2013
Just so you no I have a good life. Just because you have that opinion doesn't make it so Mr. Duh
You could say the sky is green and that wouldn't change the fact that it remains blue and sometimes black but never green. I have a good life that I quite enjoy thankyou. I won't dignify any more of your comments with any kind of response so go and enjoy your good life you allege you have
