It seemed like a good idea at first, this weekly publication to inform the community of who is around you. But I noticed this week they seem to want to dedicate a whole page to People who shop at Walmart. They are actually making fun of Walmart's patrons, are they aware of how much money Walmart contributes to the communities of Paulding Co. And making fun of their customers isn't exactly the wisest thing to do. Maybe they should put their own picture in their magazine. Would be far more appropiate.

I recently found a copy of Just Busted at a local Dallas Walgreens. I was surprised to see that neighbors had been arrested. Glad to know and I am glad the paper makes this information available to the public. It helps to keep your family safe and know who your children should and should not associate with. If you don;t want to be embarrassed by having your picture all over the county, keep yourself out of jail!!!

I agree. As for the "People of Walmart", that's a little goofy and shouldn't be seen in the same light as seeing criminals. Now, I will say it may be "criminal" as far as some of the people that shop at Walmart (some folks just don't give a damn, let themselves go, and will gladly share that with anyone who wants to see). See for yourself at their website:

A fun time for all... LOL!

Criminals & Walmart shoppers are pretty much the same. If your going to make a magazine that is actually based on making fun of the ones who get arrested, why not add some photos from the wonderful website called peopleofwalmart.com . dont hate. APRECIATE

And it's not even an original idea. Heck, she may get sued by the people who started Busted Paper up in the Northwest first. There's a reason why she had to name it Just Busted after all.

Just Busted is just a paper to make money from the troubles of others. It says that the people are innocent until proven guilty but that doesn't change what it means to be arrested. Some of those people could have been arrested under false charges and the case dismissed on technicality. This paper causes problems for those individuals by throwing their picture around for friends, family, and neighbors to see them at their worst.

Being locked up or charged with a crime should be a private matter between law enforcement and the accused until the matter is resolved.

First of all, we are grown. We know that ALL the people in this magazine ARE NOT GUILTY! We do love a witch hunt though right? Wait until your brother, father, mother ,who ever ,is put in there, and YOU know they are completely innocent! But of course, they have the "Innocent until Proven guilty" disclaimer! Maybe that will help your family! If we are worried about our neighbors then we need to get off our lazy tails and go use the same sources that the magazine uses and do our research within the legal system. Are we NOT educated enough to be "concerned citizens" that KNOW this magazine is not out to "inform" us???? They are after the almighty dollar and need to be stopped. I want every citizen to respond in defense of the magazine...only if you have NEVER made a mistake OR never been accused of something you did not do! If this is not the case, contact the folks BUYING the ads! STOP doing business with them. Contact the magazine...no wait they dont publish THEIR information??? hmmmmmm?? I am sure you all know that anyone could take out a warrant on you right this minute and you would be in busted, but of course you are innocent until proven guilty!!! ;)

Come on people, i guess everyone has nothing better to do then to get upset with the people in our great country that decide to make use of the right to free speech. as far as the guy who said that we should stop the publicator? come on. get a life and stop worrying about it. grow a set and get on with your sad life. Its the USA that is why the military is fighting now. To keep it so we have our rights as Americans. If you dont want the right of free speech then please by all means, move to a dictatorship. and quit your complaining.

I'm pretty sure one of those freedoms is the right to privacy, but being at the wrong place/ the wrong time takes away that right?

Don't care that they make enough money to pay their staff and for the general costs of the paper. I like knowing who did what, criminally, around me(Especially, as relates to the sex predators as that helps to protect my kids.). If you all, your friends or family members wish to avoid PUBLIC information being shown in print the answer is simple" don't put yourself in that situation if you are "innocent" and if not "innocent"..don't commit the crime. I'm no "innocent" in my past, but...when I was wrong, I admitted it in court and if I had something publishing my wrongs, with my picture..I may have rethought things a bit, so...props to this paper.

Hi: I'm a reporter working on a story for a national magazine about magazines/websites whose business model is publishing the mugshots of arrestees. I'd be most happy to talk with any of you who have been published in one of these magazines or know someone who has--the story is exploring on people's lives of allowing the indiscriminate publication of mug shots. Pls feel free to contact me at [email protected] Thanks.

Nah, no privacy in public arena anymore. A teacher at Hjones.middle, Jason Napier, discovered this recently with the Very public outting of his adultery scandal. Napier's mistress's husband embarrassed him with yard signs reading: HJMS Jason Napier-ADULTERER..Want him teaching your kid? When Napier sued for encroachment on his privacy...the case was thrown out because the information was all verified as true by Napier's wife and the mistress. Additionally, Napier is considered a "quasi-public figure" as a teacher working for the public and thus had no basis for the suit. A pending charge for placing yard signs without a license is being considered however.

No such signs have ever been reported or found. Only false reports from alternate screen names maybe. The authorities have been looking into the person making all the claims though.

Those reports are, sadly, true. Jason Napier is an adulterer and a liar. After this kind of betrayal, I can't trust him ever again.
