If you don't like stories, don't read this...If you gossip, here is the unheard part of the story...
So, my story starts off like this:
I moved into The Holly Trails Subdivision in Feb. of this year. Our neighbors where very welcoming and introduced us into their group very quickly. My fiancé and I are very friendly people, so didn't think much of this other than we have friends in the neighborhood....Awesome....
I like gardening...my fiancé works A LOT...we like to drink and hang out, we are tolerant of certain illegal smoking...whatever....it’s all about being neighbors and getting along.
So, suddenly kids and animals are ripping through my gardening...we talk to the parents. We shouldn't have to tell them that this is our property, they know that. We tolerate. Two little dogs are still running through our property...I take is as it is less damage than a rodent or deer will do...
This is when we start noticing that the boys that are allowed to run through anyone’s yard with the dogs behave like dogs. Suddenly, I have an 8yr old boy on my property telling his friend to look down my 9yr old daughter’s shirt as they play. My fiancé takes control and tells the parents, who say that they "whipped" the boys for this...mind you, one family already has a daughter who is 16 that has a baby...
This behavior is caught once more and apparently taken care of...we hear or see nothing again. So one day, my neighbors ask me over to BBQ...I join them, our kids play. When I tell C (my neighbor) about wanting to get my kids to bed. She comes downstairs telling me that she found her son and his friend in her son's bed with my daughter T...under the covers. T of course rushes home and hops in the shower...not wanting to talk about a thing.
Problem is, she comes up with signs of a bladder infection a couple of days later and both her doctor and I test it. We find a lot of white blood cells with no sign of infection, even though the area is red and irritated. The Doctors obviously still have the results and any necessary testing on hand.
I tried not to make too much of a deal of it, hoping that she just got caught playing "doctor". NO No me.

Three weeks ago, I leave for the day and leave my 14yr old daughter in charge. We live in a safe neighborhood, full of friends and family, they are fine for the day. Yeah right. Apparently, at around 5pm...My neighbor, the mother, was watching TV in her house when my two daughters joined her son and the boy she was babysitting in their open garage to play some games at their game table. They are playing music and begin to play a game called "party" where they dance. This is when my two daughters are pinned to the ground by these two minor children.

The two boys tell my young son that they will beat him up if he does anything and then proceed to hump my daughters. One of the boys almost gets my 9yr old daughter’s pants off at one point and takes his black penis out in order to rub it against her 9yr old head as he has her pinned to the floor yelling for help. Help that the oblivious caregiver upstairs she screams for fails her title.

It gets gross...Much worse was done. I allowed this. I told my babysitter, my 14yr old daughter that the children could play next door. I never allow them out with a sitter. But, my bad, I trusted my neighbor. Apparently, my neighbor, she babysits all the neighborhood children.
Get this. My daughter called the kids inside and stopped the madness. The mother next door not ever knowing that my oldest daughter even came over...(Pot?? some sort of drug maybe??) My daughter had my children settle down with a meal and some Hannah Montana. This is when the two boys came onto our front porch and started flashing my children through the front window. They did this flashing and rubbing their genit-whatever so vigorously that they broke my bench on the front porch and damaged the screen. Pardon me while I vomit.

All my children are victims here. Of course, as soon as my fiancé and I came home and found out about this, we immediately called the neighbor mom out. We told her what happened, she didn't even apologize for her kid or charges breaking our property on or property, but when we told her about what happened to the girls, she blamed the girls, asking why they didn't come to her to tell on the boys... DUH...Maybe because the girls see that she only cares about her dumb TV shows. She didn't take responsibility for anything. Her attitude toward the whole thing is what made us decide to call the police.

Had she wanted to discipline, even take care of the destroyed property...things would be different today...but her lazy butt wanted nothing more than to get back to her paused TV show.

So guess what...Her son and the boy she was babysitting are now formally charged with sexual assault. Guess what I asked for as the sentence. I asked that the boys attend counseling to make sure that they won’t become date rape assholes as teenagers and I recommended parenting classes for parents involved. I'm not asking for much...But let me tell you, considering the behavior following, my daughters will be set for life in their counseling and other related needs due to suit.

A and T were walking from our house down the street to L’s house, with L. This is when they heard and saw a couple of the neighborhood boys point to them and say that “those girls did such and such with D and E, they will do anything with any boy”. I was informed of this and ran out and talked with the boys. They informed me that D and E were talking about A and T in this way, but that also, D and E’s mother were saying things like this to the neighborhood mothers, verifying D’s and E’s stories. I told the boys that the police were involved about all the drama, and that it was something between the people involved and that they could implement themselves in the situation if they continued to discuss it openly around the neighborhood. The boys left it alone. I really can't understand how the mothers of boys under the age of 10 are condoning sexual acts, bragging about it and allowing it...gross and grow up...PLEASE!!!

A and T were spending the night at L’s house. They were in L’s yard with her two cousins, playing. This is when C, D’s mother, pulled up in her car in front of L’s house and called the girls to her. T and A stayed behind and just listened. L told C how A and T were moving from the neighborhood and that she was going to be moving too (her parents like me, agree that it is becoming very "ghetto"). Suddenly C told all the girls to meet her at her house….which is next door to our house. L and her cousins ran down and into C’s yard…A and T fell behind, knowing that they were no longer allowed in C’s yard. This is when C loudly announced that T and A had destroyed D’s life and “yada yada yada”. T and A took it all in stride and continued on with their night.

T and A inform me of what conspired the night before. Knowing that D and E are formally charged and realizing that this is an issue pertaining to minors, gag orders especially, Dwayne goes over to C’s house in order to ask J (her husband’s cousin) to pass a message about keeping quiet about this stuff and to not be rude to our children. As he is knocking on the door, C pulls into the driveway and jumps out of her car and starts screaming “NO NO NONO NON ONO….Get OFF MY PROPERTY>>>NONONONO >>>>Dwayne then says “please do not talk about the girls. She then starts screaming that the girls won’t leave D alone….saying that they walked in front of her house. That is when I stated that “We live next door, they are going to walk in front of your house, especially when you ask the girls they are with to come to your house, and the street is not your property”. My girls are smart enough to spot girl aggression when they see it.

She screams a bunch of other junk and threatens to call the police…so Dwayne asks me to call the police…at that, she takes off. We did nothing wrong, my daughters are the victims. The police show up and have their hands tied. As much as they are disgusted at what happened, they can’t do anything because this is an issue between minors. Not a case that is open for them to view and litigate. This is frustrating.

I am not down with being bullied in my my own home or having my daughters sentenced to their rooms and inside for the summer for nothing they did wrong.

OK, so now comes the leash laws...you read about this in the third paragraph....the two terriers that live next door along with the sex offender are allowed to run anywhere, do anything and bark wherever...apparently, according to C's husband and anyone else who visits...the whole house smells like dog pee....Me, I have only really hung out on the back porch or garage unless some freshener was plugged in to all portholes and almost gagged my allergies to death...These dogs do anything...

I tried to grow a garden this year. But these dogs kept on running through, so nothing grew along their little path. I would go to grill outside, and one of the dogs would be upset that I didn't feed it, so it would pee on my grill on my deck. Every time that I would open a door, one of these dogs would be in my house, terrorizing my small conure and peeing in my home.

Because of the recent issues, no one chases the dogs at this point and they are allowed to continue to crap and whatever all over my yard. Today, I was talking on the phone to my mother in HI while their dog walked into my garage and lifted its leg and peed on my dog’s bag of food. C has some illegal’s staying with her while all this drama goes on...they were standing there while the dog peed in my garage. I told them what happened and they did nothing. Do you think that anyone offered to clean the mess?

I called animal control. Next is immigration. I am here for another week and a half and I am not going to be harassed. I am not going to be victim and neither are my children. I am done, I am posting this everywhere I can, I am informing neighbors, and I am informing everyone I can without being like them. This behavior is unacceptable and is inappropriate. I WILL SUE YOU AND I WILL WIN. 5 Million Per daughter per adversary. YOU will settle and my daughters will NOT SUFFER YOUR TONGUE ANY LONGER.

I live in Holly Trail and need some more info. who are these Kid's where do they live? I have a 8 Year old and need to keep him away from this crap. So any info will be nice, i can't belive this is going on right under my nose!!!!
