I purchased my fiance a wedding band 12/2009,from this retailer. In June 2010,3 diamonds fell off the band. I then made a visit to the retailer to get the diamonds replaced under the 2 year manufacturer warranty,which was printed on the back of my recipt. At the store I was told we will contact you once we talk to our repair man. I left the ring with them. A week later,no phone call. I finally called them, I then was told in order for the ring to be under the 2 year warrenty, I have to bring the ring in 3 to 4 times a year for cleaning and to check the setting of stones. No one told me that when I purchased the ring and It is not stated on the reciept under warranty. This place is a big rip-off and their jewelry is not quality. They will not get any more of my business or recomedations.

You should look at your warranty. Did it say anything in the fine print about bringing in the ring for "maintenance?"

If not then you need to find a lawyer and take them to the cleaners. Not the diamond cleaners, the court cleaners.

BEST PLACE to buy any kind of jewlery, i just bought my girl friend a princess cut diamond ring frm these people, they made a very affordable price which includes with life time warranty on the ring and great customer service, before my bad experience for buying a jewlery this people made to me love the jewlery now, all people are not same, shop frm these people to make sure m i right, EXCELLENT quility, they made me a life time customer.

My husband and I purchased new wedding bands for Christmas. Within a month three stones fell out of my ring. I brought it back and they sent it out for repair. I got it back within 4 days. No questions asked. They are great people with great prices.

Put a ring on layway at Diamond Traders. When I went back twice to get it, was told the manager was out of the country and they were unable to get in the safe. When I made another trip to get it, the wrong ring was given. They tried to convince me this was the same ring. I am not stupid. I will NEVER do business there again.

This is the worst jewelry store ever! Nothing but crooks and rip offs. Not good quality and customer service sucks! Make sure you are getting what you actually pay for, they will try to play crazy and give you the wrong item.

This Jewelry store needs to be run out of business. It has poor quality and service. When you deal with jewelry stores, you want to make sure you have warranty. However with them, this is not the case. After reading all of the reviews, I wish I had read them first before I ever went there to do any business. I will not be returning there, not even for a jewelry cleaning. Those crooks might try to swap out your ring while cleaning it.
