I have recently come across some antique pictures of Dallas City and was wondering if anyone would like me to e-mail them to them. They belonged to my Grandmother who graduated high school in Dallas City in 1931. I have her year book such as it is and a few pictures of her classmates. Her name was Ruth Nixon. Have you took time to drive along the river and look at the eagles,geese and ducks. It is a view lots of people who can,t would love to see.

where is Dallas City? Is it by Ft.Madison?

I live 5 minutes away from DC (DAllas City) You should see how small and crappy it is now its kinda sad.

Well I would not call our town crappy by any means. There are certainly many happy times in town so I also would not call it sad. What's so great about LaHarpe? I too graduated from the old high school in 1980. Its a fine old building with lots of happy memories.
