Daleville students suspended after 'derogatory' YouTube video
Several Daleville High School students were suspended Wednesday for more than a month and required to write apology letters after a video containing some derogatory language which wasn't made by some of the students surfaced on YouTube , according to parents.

Overkill and a lawsuit waiting to happen. At my school the punishment would take into account that the person in charge deliberately left students alone. I'm not sure, but those participating do deserve consequences and the others?. Good thing is's not my kid.
